Yup. They seem to spend a lot of time together and have couple/matching outfits iirc. Kaikai isn’t admitting to anything though. I don’t know if @Zryuu has managed to find any extras to see whether more info.

Yes he is :’) nothing in the novel, but in the extras he’s sorta chasing Kaikai? Kaikai is resisting but at the same time I can tell he’s softening... I can tell Kaikai is kinda different around OQH compared to other people? It’s all very ambiguous haha but then again I’ve only read one extra Explicit scenes are in the physical traditional copy! I havent gotten mine but others have said that there’s... a lot to look forward to heh
