So no magic? I would suggest Amber Sword because the author put some effort into the politics of the kingdom to bring it to life but it has magic and some game elements, and undead... Not life like. Ashes and Kingdom, volume 1 at most out of ordinary are the shadow beast otherwise seemingly ok. Haven't read volume 2 since translation has spluttered but there are dragons. There's Sengoku komachi kurotan but Japanese sengoku is Renaissance era. It's building up Nobunaga's power through modern farming knowledge.
