    Hello,
I am looking for a ps4 game for my grandmother, who is 65 years old and she has never played the video game in her life. (like I asked her to try some cart games and crash bandicoot, but understood that reflex or fast are not for her) I am looking for a game which is mostly slow paced with some beautiful visuals and if it would have good story it would be great (preferably the game should have Russian language, too. She doesn't know English).
    Thanks in advance

I think slowpace open world is nice for grannies. Cooking and building like harvest moon are also good.

I got my mom to enjoy Stardew Valley. It is a relaxing, no pressure game that some older people can relate to (farming, ranching, interpersonal relationships, self-reliance, etc.) It also has the benefit of saving every time you sleep, so she doesn't have to remember to save or play too long in one sitting (from save points).
If you do install that game for your grandmother, make sure you also install CJB Cheats menu, and in-game press P to access the menu, then tick the infinite health, one hit kill, and instant catch (in fishing) boxes. She will probably need these because without infinite health she could die in the mines due to unfamiliarity with wasd controls. Without one hit kill, she will have to repeatedly click the mouse on many monsters which would impossible with arthritis, and the same applies to fishing without instant catch (which also requires reflexes without instant catch).

Other options include Yonder: Cloud Catcher Chronicles and Eastshade. These are both relaxing games without combat or requiring reflexes, BUT some people struggle with using wasd, and 3D games that use wasd can be intimidating, so I would recommend her some 2D or 2.5D games first. If she starts enjoying them, wait until she gets bored of them, then try introducing some of those relaxing 3D games.

Animal Crossing and Harvest moon titles might be good? I quite like that kind of idle games~
Professor Layton and Phoenix Wright are good for puzzles and stories!

Animal Crossing and Harvest Moon are great choices. Can't believe I didn't immediately think about those classics. Just a side note to OP, if she uses a gamepad to play, try to turn off rumble features since they can hurt for people with arthritis.

I don’t know about ‘available on PS4’, but the iPhone app ‘Monument’ would be perfect.

Edit: Slow puzzle, with beautiful graphics and story. Only a couple places with written words, and just gorgeous music for the sound.

RPG's or Puzzle games would probably be your best bet
How about Harvest Moon Light of Hope? The newer harvest moon games might not compare to the old ones but a good ole farming gaming should be a great starter for new people

    • Farming Simulator games may be good; also Stardew Valley
    • JRPGs, if she doesn't mind the weebness - they tend to be less complicated compared to Western RPGs, anyway. Also, simple controls. Maybe she can give the Digimon games a go: Cyber Sleuth 1 & 2, Digimon World Next Order.
    • The Lego games (can they be considered requiring fast reflexes?)
    • Narrative-driven games, like Life is Strange, Erica, etc.
    • Abzu, Flower
