Maybe I'm a little biased because I enjoy the game. But not only is this an amazing price, the expansion is coming out next month. And from what I've heard, but not actually researched, you don't actually need the season pass to get the majority of content. From what I heard it only adds a few extra missions that provide cosmetic trinkets and easy access to the end-game specializations without having to grind out quests to unlock them, though you still have to do the quests to upgrade them. But, fun game, $3 for the base game, great price and great time to pick it up. Price is the same for Xbox or PC, though I personally recommend PC since I'm playing on it.
considering how they fked up ghost recon they are being very careful with the division since the first one fked up real good aswell
I hate to say this but when people chop the price down that drastically, there is usually a reason. And the reason is "bad sales". I'm not really impressed with anything Ubisoft chucks out. Most of them are close copies of each other, just with a reskin, like Assassin's Creed and Fry Cry are so similar you could easily call it Far Creed or Assassin's Cry.
Divison 2 is pretty decent. It's no game of the year, but it's a fun loot shooter with a compelling world. It's worth the full price, and an absolute steal at $3. ... Ultimately, though, yeah. It's not GoTY.
Its not that rare for MMO-lite games to get dirt cheap once time passes. Look, Destiny 2 became completely free once Shadowkeep was released. The idea is to get new players onboard easier.
Yes but the new expansion is going to be 30-40$ I think. Not going to buy it since they may fuck that up also, I give them no benefit of doubt after what happened to ghost recon.
The store seems to be mostly outfits and skins, maybe minor things like key-chains for your backpack etc.
I don't know if it's on PS4, because I haven't looked for it on that. I play on both PC and Console, but anything that seems like an MMO even an MMO-lite such as this, I prefer to play on PC. More for the hotkeys and keyboard access for typing. I still use voice chat, just not all the time. It's on UPlay. While I prefer to keep my library all on Steam, it's getting really hard to do that and try out all the games that look interesting. What do you have questions about? Queuing with randoms is easier in Div 2 than Div 1 and with this sale, the number of players in-game is greater. What I really like though is the 'Distress Call' system. It reminds me a lot of the Mentor systems other games had. If you're having issues with a mission, you can essentially send out a distress signal and players who have the system toggled on, can answer your cry for help. They will then be loaded into your instance of the mission and can help you complete, even choosing to stick around and continue playing with you afterwards. There is a similar system when engaging Control Points where you can fire off a flare and friendly NPCs will help you take the CP. But it only works for CPs and not for missions.
I think I'm going to regret this but I logged back into my uplay account to give it a try. Hope it doesn't disappoint me, the last time I dumped uplay, I was so mad that I changed by user name to UplayLovesAnal.
