Hey, everyone I'm new in NU and I don't know much 'bout its features so.. (if there's and I'm not aware) I'm looking for a transmigation/ reincrarnation novel where the same 'ol mc gets wishes but he asks for 100% of his brain to be active as first wish (like in the movie "Lucy").. and for other wishes after getting his first wish fulfill right there and later gets ability to run through both anime and movie world .. sth like that if there's not such a novel I asks u guyz to request with various author about this.....
If possible also lets encourage various fanfics and popular authors for collab and make a masterpiece with this idea...

you could just be doing a roundabout way of say a smart MC or one with common sense I guess. I find the MC of The Legendary Mechanic is good (transcendental mechanic by another translation). You would be able to find sites besides webnovel with googling the title a bit

 

I think you should check out the clever protagonist tag... I mean it's mostly depends on the writer so... the 100% concept either leads to a simple cheat power novel, or the worst thing you ever read...

+ Cultivation novels usually deals with will/soul/comprehension power ups... so they should fit your description...

100% unlocked brain is a myth. A human uses 100% of their brain throughout the day, it’s just that each part has a different purpose. It’s also super unhealthy to have an overacted brain. Like, you won’t benefit from it in the slightest. Best case scenario, you just have sensory overload. You would also be vulnerable to severe anxiety, schizophrenia, and other mental disorders.

Young black jack (anime), one outs (anime) both MCs are smart. Novels: Grandmaster Strategist, legendary mechanic, Strange Life of a Cat... well depending on your taste, but all three are smart... Lazy Cliche (author) are usually smart MCs, can’t say 100% though...

 

that was a good one too. ti found out there was a TV version that ran for 1 season a while back too. you should check it out if you liked the movie and havent already seen it. a bit less serious than the movie but i actually liked it more

 

If you're just talking about not having the normal "I'm in another world, so my stupidity is no longer a problem, but instead something that the locals never notice!" like brain unlock, then I have some stories for you.

Main Character Hides His Strength. MC is has a normal level of intellect, but polished smooth by years of constant fighting and isolation by his enemies, which is pretty much the leaders of the entire world. He would have some more allies, but he got annoyed at them refusing to use their powerful holy weapon as a weapon because of it's holiness, and thus stole it, as a starting point. If anything I have said makes you think that this is the wrong story for your request, that's okay, and the reason why I make these blurbs. Transmigration novel, with people being regularly transmigrated in the hope that more would help fight the calamity that threatens the world's sentient's.

He Who Fights With Monsters. MC is intelligent, knowledgeable, moderately charismatic, and willing to abuse his Weirdness Pass (or whatever it's called) from being transmigrated in order to annoy everyone with authority. A good read, you just need to get past the first 20 chapters before the story really starts.

Delve. A third Transmigration Novel, MC ends up in a magical land with System, and decides to Min-Max. When he gets his class, his Min-Maxing in Mana Regeneration gives him access to a class that specialises in that. While the MC wouldn't be what I would normally consider especially clever, he does develop intellect and the ability to reason quickly during the series. There is even an explanation for this in the story, which is explained to the MC.

 

Usually its the CN sci-fi novels that does the brain unlock. It's usually the ones that mix science and genes.

the person who said that we only use 10% of our brain didn't mean it the way many people understood it he mean that our brain isn't being utilized to it's full potential if not then everyone would have edict memory be able to run calculations with no calculator or need a super computer to do so since our mind is more powerful, but we can't utilize it to those standards.

I guess to be close to 100% of brain usage at the same time you'll have to do something like a huge brain cramp (as cramps are (to put it way too much simply) when muscles that does opposite actions work at the same time, and yeah it hurts because your body parts aren't supposed to bend simultaneously in different directions)...
So the thing closest to a brain cramp should be something like a massive epileptic seizure ...maybe ? And that should leave you as a vegeteable for life.

So if I had to define a novel that would correspond to this I would say read a really bad MTL of Invisible Dragon...

 

i assume 10% of the brain is used when one is lying down in one of those scan machines, and its the 10% of the neocortex, the upper layer of the brain used for logical reasoning, the other two layers are working at 80-100% all the time

if its web novels there are some Warlock of the Magus World and forty milleniums of cultivation re my go-to choices, but i guess Royal road has a better repertoire, he who fights monsters and delve are pretty good but there are plenty others in that place, just go and check the best rated ones
