    AFAIK, it's your typical "the MC fell in love with one girl, but other girls fall for MC" story, though it probably won't end in a harem.

    The MC is dense as fu*k at times and when he does realise the feelings the women have for him he decides to ignore them for his goal and path forward. MC is going up the power pyramid and leaving the girls behind partly beause they can't keep up.
