Not in Spain. I think the big public mostly knows about Jackie Chan and Bruce Lee and little more. There are people who like martial arts and things like The 36th Chamber of Shaolin but they are a minority and you won't find anything at a major TV channel. Some years ago it was VHS and then DVD, now internet. Apart from that from time to time there are movies ar the cinemas like Kung Fu Hustle.
Anime is just much more prevalent than Japanese dramas or entertainment shows when it comes to Japanese television.
