Interestingly enough, while I can't condone killing, if a demon was to get rid of all military and politicians, we'd suddenly be faced with world peace and basically all corrupted people at the higher powers would be gone. Though it would be a problem to not have the police taking care of bandits and stuff, and things would be kinda chaotic for sure since somebody would need to take care of the government after all was said and done (Possibly the demon itself), but uhn... Eventually this could actually lead to a better world?
Perhaps? I mean, when you wipe the slate clean, a lot of things can happen. Yes, it's totally possible that people equally as corrupt would take over the ruling positions and get things just as bad (or worse) as they are right now. On the other hand, it's totally possible for people that actually want to do their best climb the positions, and... Well, without the corrupt people barring their path, they might actually be able to do something. No clue which one would happen though, but I think both situations are equally likely. ... Or maybe the Demon God starts ruling over mankind with his omnicient powers and therefore ends the existence of corruption permanently, that's also a possibility~
Hmmm...and? Am I wrong? For some reason, I remember several rather arrogant people that survived and tried to take advantage of the situation...
Nah, if the demons wiped out those in the government and militaries it wouldnt change much for the better... it would cause panic and a shitton of stupidity but the real people in control would only gain more power and ability to act. For me I would ask for those that hold the true power behind the figureheads be destroyed. Soon there after those with "the power" would self Implode without direction.
