From what I remember the MC is reborn(?) And is not interested in being his mother's pawn anymore or striving for his mother's love that he won't get anyways. He just lives as he wants without any aspirations really. I believe he plays games to pass the time and doesnt really leave his house. I think the ML is the maker of the game or some elite CEO or something...I don't really remember much about it.

About the description maybe you will like “Beloved Marriage in High Society” the MC is also a Reincarnator he work hard for his family to get a recognition and love but end up dying from that so after he revived he decided to get married and get away from that toxic family. His ML is a young CEO.
