Re Zero S2 is delayed because of Corona Virus

    I just want to share the news in case u dunno:

    Official website for the TV anime of Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- announced on March 9 that the second season, which was scheduled to start in April, would be postponed to July 2020 due to the global effects of the coronavirus which has delayed production on the upcoming season.

    What do u think about this decision?

    Keep in mind Japan is under a huge amount of pressure to have the situation perfectly under control by May or something, or else the 2020 Olympics may have to be cancelled, which would be a huge loss obviously.
    And whether it will be an over/under-reaction in the end, that's to be determined in retrospect. "Better safe than sorry" is the usual mindset.

    It doesn’t affect me personally, since I don’t watch ReZero, but I do have a few series that are supposed to start in April I’m looking forward to. If any of them had to be moved back, I’d feel sad and annoyed, but I’d understand. It really is better to be safe than sorry.

    They are probably brainstorming about how they can make episode not enrage remfags and turning them into screeching retards in the comment section. I can already taste the salt in every anime forum and comment section imaginably and I am pissed that my meal got delayed
