I dont think we fully know the benefits of hosting the neutral zone yet. it doesnt seem like if you host you can train as effectively as those actively participating in the neutral zone so that only really leaves scouting and giving extra attention/guidance to your invites/contracted. not just that but maria also went to the neutral zone when Seol was there but she had no real reason to go as far as we know since she wasnt in any organization. so prehaps maria going is a hint that theres some sort of monetary profit in participating as the host lol.

 

If u host neutral zone everyone who participated in management will get some achievement points.. its specially true for those who are in charge of shops and facililies which exchange SP. part of the spent SP will be conerted to achievement points..or something along the lines

 

ya i think thats true, but i dont think they'll make profit compared to the gold mark they spent to bid for the neutral zone. in their case it doesnt matter because their goal was to recruit Eun Yuri but in other groups cases id imagine profit is their main goal, i wonder how many achievement points they'll get though. if he teaches Eun Yuri well she could get them a lot of achievement points by completing missions and using all her sp in the shops like he did, she just wont have anywhere near as much as he did from the tutorial.
