Is there any novel THAT HAS BEEN COMPLETELY TRANSLATED where the protagonist start from small and builds a nation? I want it focus on management. it should not have cultivation like divine immortal, chaos sword etc etc.... i read too much of those books, now I feel like everything is same. and no face slapping or like the protagonist must have ambition or can also act behind the scenes. He can start from being a small noble to royalty or from a foot soldiers to emperor. Anything works if the protagonist has leadership, charisma & Management skills. Not modern
If you want a complete one, it should be Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken (WN), it's not the focus tho. That's the only one that I know. If you don't mind ongoing, it should be Release that Witch Edit: it's already completely translated
I did drop it around that time 2017 ish in MTL but reread it again but the ending leaves so much to be desired. The author rushed the pace so much, If it was written the same way it was before the 1000th chapter mark it could go for about 3000-4000 ish chapters. But sadly CCP censorship fucks a lot of great writers ability to write.

yeah!! i did feel the ending to be rushed as it did not describe the relationship between nightangle and ronald in details. Did they describe the secret agreement between Anna and nightangle or what actually happened in the wedding? like i got many hints and clue. what else was lacking... hmm... yeah what happens after dream world and reality merge? it was open-ending... like we have to imagine the future ourselves..

None really. If you want something a bit different, would be Altina the Sword Princess, but the translation was halted. A really funny kingdom story would be Legend of the Sun Knight. It has none of the kingdom building, but it has knights theme. Completely out of the box option for you to read which is a semi comedy series would be Cultivation Chat Group.
