Hi,
Purpose: Thought I ask if anyone else feels like they are molding at home.

Not Supposed To Be: this isn't supposed to be complaining about the coronavirus or anything.

Context: I've been at home for the past 18 days because of social distancing and shelter in place.
(Essentially mandatory hermit life)

 

I randomly felt as if I'd gotten food poisoning last night, even though I hadn't eaten anything weird. My bodily functions seem to be failing after 22 days of quarantine.

 

That's a long quarantine.
Maybe standing outside and being in the sun will help with your body functions?
Also I hope you get better soon.

 

It's been 1 month since I last stepped out of my house.

I don't know any other changes but I can see my tanned skin getting back to normal.

 

It's still winter so I don't really have a sun to go out and see...

 

I just feel sleepy lots of times

 

As I'm an introvert, I don't feel that at all. My daily dose of socializing is enough by chatting in the forums or social media.
Also, it's not as if we can't walk outside at all. I'm still going outside weekly to replenish supplies.
As my apartment has a mid-size Balcony, I often sit there while reading books or browsing internet.

Feels like a long day-off for me.

Start daily acupressure for digestive system ? I often get mild indigestion or diarrhea too if i don't eat healthier diet while lacked sleep. My coffee and caffeine addiction also part of the problem.

Ugh, i feel you. My routine is a mess (i'm working on it ), and as someone who see house = resting place, i'm currently in the proccess of metamorphosing into a pig. or a sloth?

O.K., so I tend to spend 12+ hours a day on my computer. However, there was a bit of difference between when I did that before my last temp job that I had for 16 work days (I was laid off 1 day about 2.25 hours but they still paid me for the 8 hours). That difference was that there was less of an issue for my pre-employment having to go out vs. now there is a concern because of the social distancing thing.
