Discussion Digimon Reboot coming today

With the upcoming Digimon adventure reboot(today apparently) I've been slowly binging through the old series. I recently completed tamers which is probably my favourite. Might start frontier although my feelings toward it are quite mixed <.<. Anyhow the reboot should be coming out within an hour. If anyone interested it's being simulcasted by Crunchyroll so subs are there.

Palmon! Her finally evolution was awesome and I appreciated Mimi’s character growth throughout the series.

Oh but Gabumon is a close second~

 

There's more than one agumon right? So it's not fair for the others..

Agunon and veemon. When i watch for the first time wargreymon appeared battling against metalseadramon, sooo excited like gaining a legendary hero from a gatcha game on a first pull.
Veemon and his tamer bond is the best.

Angemon damaged Myotismon when everyone couldn't even touch him~
Holy Angemon beat Piemon when everyone was beaten by him easily~

Patamon also had the massive type advantage of being holy against evil though... That said, he is probably one of their stronger mon. If he had a final form, he would have probably been the strongest

 

looking at how you talked about him not appearing at the beginning of the remake it looks like his gonna be even more prominent

 

IF you all recall, in the original releases of the series, when they had all the digimon lined up, Patamon was front and center


On another note, TK/takeru was treated pretty badly in season 2.

 

Aye, there was some massive type advantage, but still... Angemon is a champion, and he wounded a perfect form that was beating 5 other perfects without getting touched! XD

I'd say there is more to that than just type advantage! \(^^)/

That was just speculation based on the promo pic. Patamon's and Takeru's profile seemed to imply that they'll be together from the start.

The one that won't be there at the beginning will be Tailmon.
