A couple of years ago, I realized that I could come to appreciate pretty much anything as long as it was interesting. In a way, I started to think of things as "interesting" or "not interesting" - or rather, if sth was the latter, I wouldn't be thinking about it at all XD. "Interesting" became my favourite word. So I've been wondering... What's yours? What's the word you like the most? I'm sure it'll be XD Is there a reason why it's your favourite or do you just like it? If you can't decide, you can tell multiple too or the ones that are second and third place~ Spoiler: My second favourite is "gentle" I may know the reason for this one too... I could be hallucinating this but I feel like in a lot of Asian novels, couples kinda lack respect/careful, considerate treatment of each other. Especially when it comes to consent. As I read a lot of BL, this only makes things worse, so much so that reading novels where the word "gentle" is often used for how the leads interact with each other really are soothing rays of sunlight for my poor hearteu xD I really like that word So what's your favourite word?

Oooh, that's a nice word! Mine would probably be either Thank you or daydream Thank you is probably just because I've been raised to say thanks and getting thank yous makes me happy! Daydream is just a pretty word, and I dunno, I guess I do it quite a lot?
Irl i think my favorite word is "is that so?" (In a half question half confirmation tone) Cause i unconsciously use that word a lot when i teased my niece and nephew. As for my favorite word in general, i dont think i have one.. or maybe i dont notice it because i'm usually a contrarian

My favorite word would be sin. Why sin? It's exactly because I'm human trash. Everyone is trash. We're all going to die as sinners. No one's pure enough to become fertilizer for heaven. We're all trash waiting to rot in piles, then burn slowly to poison everything around us in hell.

I certainly feel you about the consent issues. When I write romance in my stories, I try really hard to add positive portrayals of consent, with the leads being gentle to each other. (Although sometimes I stray...) For the stories that aren’t meant to be romantic, I’m more... callous? Indifferent? But I’d be upset if those were seen as “romantic.” As for my favorite word... I can’t really think of one? I don’t know that I have one...
Why wouldn't I like a word that means throwing someone through and out a window? There are so many in the world who would benefit
