Dark attribute magic float on the eyes effectively blinding people. Creating an option to temporarily downgrade the bag of holding to not negate weight might be useful. Also lightning is not just directly destructive, it is extremely loud and bright making an effective flashbang. Healing magic to overheal creating tumors and turning people into meat abominations or maybe using healing magic to make chimeras by healing different monsters together.

I could keep going on, but I think this is a good start.

Stop time and move the object inside time-stop. Either: Relativistic speed impact occur(General relativity), or infinite force (Newton's Law).

A very big explosion, I must say. Also teleports things inside other living being, gibbing them from the inside.

Casting enrage magic again and again so then the targets blood vessels burst and it bleeds to death
    I've got a cruel one,
So cast indefinite paralysis magic on the targets whole body except for one arm which can move about.
Next cast indefinite invisibility and intangibility on, so that things can go through it and not see it.
Next buff the target indefinitely so that it doesn't age or need to sleep, eat food or drink water.
Next teleport the target to its family and curse it so that follows/levitates behind its children.
Next enchant a dagger that can ignore the intangibility magic and make it invisible and curse it so that it can't do damage to anything except the user
Finally give the dagger to the target and explain that the only way it can die is if kills itself with the dagger using its free hand.

Wind magic to deliver messages just to one person and make that person go insane, can also be used to provoke others into attacking. Earth magic to manipulate the calcium in bones and teeth. Use wind or space magic to compress/contain air and them release it causing it to rapidly expand. Water magic to give people dry eyes in the middle of battle causing the victim to blink and lose sight of the weapon, can also give wet eyes to impair sight. A fire curse/enchantment/spell that lasts and continually warms the target until they overheat. Light/illusion magic to change the apparent length and/or shape of the weapon, causing them to misjudge the distance or try to block a battleaxe with a sword. Cast a buff in the middle of the battle making the body faster than what can be immediately controlled or increasing strength/attack so to much force is added to the swing causing them to stumble and be vulnerable. Cast a stoneskin spell on the enemy to slow them while poison takes effect or while they are water it might sink them. A spell to reduce weight so they can be thrown and knocked back easier. A courage buff can cause recklessness if you want to be sneakier and a powerful calm buff might cause apathy towards death. Enhance their horses jumping ability and watch how well they land. Cast haste and other buffs and run away while restoring stamina if such magic exists, then kill them when they tire of chasing you. Use earth to cover yourself in stone or marble whilst using wind magic to breath and space magic to eat or even leave, pretend to be a statue and assassinate (can also hide underground, in pillars, in walls, etc). Magnetize armored enemies together to leave them vulnerable. Cast a death or time spell like decay, life drain, or haste to rot enemies supplies but only on the inside so they don't realize until the use up the first few containers and don't have supplies for the war/siege. Large-scale usage of several plague and poison spells with identical symptoms but different treatments and degrees of lethality so the enemy side has to guess the problem and solution. Earth and water magic to redirect a river screwing over everybody downstream. Using wind, fire, water(including ice) magic to trick monsters/magical creatures migrating off-season or to avoid an imaginary disaster. Make the enemy leader glow so your (or another person's) archers and soldiers know where to attack. Using hero summoning magic to banish the demon lord (sorry modern japan but maybe Hataraku Maou-sama will be proven true).

For those things like forcing opponent to fly or to forcefully teleport them (Or the displacement thingy too), or to use wind magic to make them suffocate, I always assume that there is some in-universe logic that stops those things because people have an inner magic resistance that can stop magic that directly affects them... It's just never explained to the reader because everybody knows it and nobody will try doing it anyways.

Just though of another one. In a novel, the MC used steam explosion to kill and incapacitate his foes, but there's another unconventional way to cause a blast: flammable dust, like flour, and a small flame... The result is dust explosion.

He could use alchemy to create a dust really explosive (aluminium dust?), throw it in the air where the foes are, and then launch a smal fireball.

The inconvenient thing is that it only works in enclosed spaces.
