Who says money can't buy happiness?

While I personally think money can't buy happiness, I do however think money can help you avoid a lot of unhappiness. That in itself is a sufficient motivation to gather money for most people.

I think the phrase "money can't buy happiness" is tossed around like a comfort saying by the normal people (The 99%) like me. We are snubbing the rich by saying it. You have money but I'm happier than you.

 

Isn’t there a laundry detergent known as “joy”??

Puns aside, money can buy piece of mind. While that isn’t necessary for happiness, it helps, a lot.
