I’m looking for fanfics for a game/manga/anime/lightnovel where the new mc has his own story instead of ‘replacing’ the old mc. For example a pokemon fanfic; instead of the new mc journeying the world with ash’s friends and pokemons, he has his own crew (or alone) , his own pokemons and his own adventures. Of course they can meet but, their encounters doesn’t change the plot of the original pokemon. Same with any other fanfics. Say naruto; the new mc doesn’t end up on a journey with Sasuke or Sakura or Kakashi or Hinata or any other friends of naruto. Instead he has his own crew (or alone) and his own secrets. Maybe they join together for the final arc but thats about it. Or better yet, maybe they saved the naruto world from a different threat. One where naruto and his gang didn’t know about. It can be a fanfic about any game/novel/manga/anime really; big or small. However, if its a fanfic of something that isn’t well-known, it would help if you give me the link to the original work the fanfic is based on or just give me a synopsis. Ty. Edit : Since no change is impossible, are there any that does change the original plot however, the new mc still has his own crew and own story while having only some or none interaction with the orignal mc and his gang?
Also its near impossible to find what your looking for. Its like searching for a needle in a haystack. There is always gonna be a change in the plot if you introduce new characters in a story.

i dont get why people think something like this is true you could introduce someone or something new into a plot at have almost no affect on the plot there are interesting stories in the world that dont get told just because they weren’t grand enough reasonably you could probably easily put a character into most plot the reason it destroys the previous plot is because the creator has to have the biggest spotlight for instance you could put a ninja into naruto and have him never interact with the cast or affect the plot just because they weren’t the strongest doesn’t mean their story was not worth telling
Good luck with finding those kinds of stories. I'm not saying its impossible, I'm saying its just too damn hard to find within the fanfic sites. I mean, you've had to have read it atleast a little to recommend it here.
