Relatively speaking, most if not all of us talking and reading novel in tis very forum using English, USA ones. So Imma curious 'bout were there any novel that translated in 'the proper English' as in English British?. Either Old way of speaking or modern ones is fine. Thanks.
Certain words n spellings. Like colour and color. For example. With u is British. Without u is USA. I’m kind of used to both already that I keep mixing up the spelling. But as long as we understand one another, I don’t mind either way. Haha.

High School DxD is translated in British English only. When ever I had to write a story for my English class we were told to use British English instead of American English since BE was considered proper while AE wasn’t. Could’ve been cause she was British herself
and while Australia was influence by Brits accent, I think they (somewhat) create their own English? just like Indian and Malay/Singapore's English? It's kinda hard to believe that in the school, we(or me) was learn to use Brits English for exam yet using American's as conversation in the internet such as this very forum....
It's in US spelling but Tearmoon Empire has a princess MC who speaks in Queen's English, very aristocratic and all. At least, based on my experience watching The Crown. Only in the official English LN though (translated WN not so much).
