    Let's just agree to disagree.. I would told the person, that I couldn't compromise with them, and ignore em for a while.

    Back at that time, I talked to my close friend and my therapist about anything up to that point and random thing. It helped me to sort some things out, like since when I was aware about my behaviour change, do I have any regrets, what is my biggest fear, how I prefer things to be done, etc.
    I started to write down my negative thoughts and tried to counter all that, and did bilateral stimulation like tapping your knees or shoulders.

    I try to channel my body with good feelings trying to push the negative ones away ~

    I guess meditation helps a lot into that kind of achievement ~

    Talk everything to someone help you lessen the burden...:blobmelt:
    Try to write it down, and listen to soft and classic music not working well for me :blobpensive:
    But meditate and exercise have good effect on me :blobpopcorn:

    Meditation can help a lot to lessen the anger and sadness....
    By cast out negative feelings, we can restore out focus and calm the mind...
