They got engaged, but if im not wrong they didn't get married. They had a long distantace relationship at the end, when Roy will stayed at the Marquis with Estelle. And Ellen will become a kinghts instructor at Cound Solard.

 

I think its still far if you point out from there because that's happened in book 2 (i mean kidnapping and carl graduation) The raw already in the middle of book 3. so i guest the raw is more close to reach that moment.
