Maturity, tall, stable temperament, responsible, loyal. Someone who doesn't take his partner for granted always testing their love , non selfish.
Someone with whom you can have a peaceful and stable life.

 

So a more mature woman is more stable and open minded than the 18/19/20 years old girl because the have more experience in life??

 

Yup. Of course it's not universal and there are always exceptions to the rule as there always is when talking about people. For the most however I have seen that there's is a huge difference in maturity between both age groups simply because they find themselves in different circumstances. The younger ones still have 2 to 4 years of finding their path and enjoying their new freedoms as adults.

On the other hand the women I've met in the 25 to 30 range who haven't become housewives have been people who have gotten over flaunting their freedoms and reached a stage where they have to decide to focus on their careers or go the marriage route (some are skilled enough for both). It's around that age I think young people think "In 5 years in hitting 30. Where am I going to be then?" and start working to make sure that answer isn't nowhere when they reach it.

Open-mindedness is hard to say since I believe it's easier for those with much less real life experiences entering very liberal institutions like universities to adopt a very vague and unfocused but vast open-mindedness while people with more life experiences are much better and realistic about describing their beliefs and stances on those subjects even if it makes them "close-minded" to other people. I think the latter is much more valuable in ascertaining the attractiveness and compatibility with a partner.
