"Realistic" fight scenes are something like Macross or Robotech, sudden death of totally random people in a battlefield where you can't even tell if what blew up was a friendly or an enemy.

Brandon Sanderson writes good fight scenes. Not exactly realistic but the fight scenes in Mistborn series and Way of Kings were so damn good.

Realistic or not are still arguable in fantasy novel because it doesn't really exist in the first place anyway. If what you meant is a fight scene that's still make sense with a detailed description, maybe you should try Martial Arts Master

I once listened to a writer’s panel discuss how to write good fight scenes. One of the guys on the panel said he uses fully articulated dolls to work through the entire fight as he writes it. That may have been Brandon Sanderson or Patrick Rothfuss. (I can’t remember who was on the panel that year.)

I also recommend John Conroe books. He has some very good fight scenes.
