Spoiler it seems so.. i mtl-ed the chapter until 34 and we got to see Euredian's POV more when he saw those black beads. He actually suspected Soleia that she tried to 'absorb' Yenni into the bead.
If I am not mistaken.... Heidis is like the counterpart of Raulus, but he is from the darkness. An evil being. Solard is the fiancee candidate of Erudian. The mother of the villain (Deckard) of the novel that Yeni had read in her past life. She is like the most powerful mage in that story.

Soleia has a crazy obsession with being or wanting to be Eru's fiance. She basically threate- *coughs* manipulatively shoos every would-be fiance candidate or lady that is interested in Eru. While Eru conviniently lets her because it gives him much less headache than flocks of women approaching him. What's more, she is the second most powerful magician in the wizard tower, and the most influential woman in Belgoatt's society. She held herself in high regard that no one (so far) can shake her position as the next Empress. She's really crazy on obtaining Divine powers and (is secretly) a dark wizard (which we all know) so she thinks since Divine and Dark magic mutually repels each other, she cannot sense Eru, the other way around can let her clean up Yenni easily, especially with such negative sensitivity to magic. It simply blew out of her calculation because she didn't expect the iron wall Emperor to act such a way. If I remember right, it's only been less than 4 months that Eru and Yenni met, and they are already head over heels with each other. Compare it to how many years he's been stonewalling Soleia.
I think it's also important to mention that Soleia does NOT love the emperor, she wants to marry him to get revenge on him for something he did to her.... parents? family? in the past. Or at least that's what someone spoiled previously, I don't remember the exact details anymore though.
Oh this definitely. Eru can sense dark magic but he can't pinpoint who the person that responsible for it. Soleia is just trying to gain power through the marriage with Eru. None of the noblewoman like her and they know that she is snake-like I think i read in the earlier spoiler and from the original story through mtl, she is trying to hold both powers (divinity and dark magic) in both hands. She believe she can do that through her child with Eru
