    I use Vitamin D supplements since I don't stay out long enough or often enough during normal times anyways. Reminder to not go above 4,000 IU unless specifically prescribed by a doctor.

    You can totally go above 4000 IU. I do it all the time when I'm sick (8 000-12 000 IU/day). There is absolutely no danger of overdosing, unless you eat vitamin D like sugar for a couple of months.

    That's okay, for those of us who live in attics/basements, we don't see much sunlight.

    Just use 1000 UI chewable supplements, taste like candy. And don't need to melt into ash while looking at the sun.

    Some of the advice on those sites is not exactly kosher, so be careful about what advice you take from online sources.

    For example, midday sun bathing is the worst time to do it actually. You are taking UV damage from sunlight all the time, it's a nonstop competition between UV damage and your body's uvr DNA repair mechanism. You can go read up uvr repair. The point is that instead of a slow uptake of UV, a sudden deluge can overload it and you get genetic damage that could have been repaired if you had just paced yourself.

    "When I'm sick" is the key phrase here. Vitamins/supplements are sold as something you're meant to take daily to help with your body's health, it's generally meant to be for long term use. In fact the advised 4,000 IU limit you find online sometimes is much more higher than US safety guidelines for daily Vitamin D(400-800).

    Cannabis ? Poppy need to grow in farms so my first guess would be cannabis or any other weed variant. Oh and poppy raw product is toxic so you need proper lab equipment before you can make safe for use product.

    I have one who has a SS uniform hanging on the background of his room lol. Sleep is fer the weak.
