I have a question in the RAWS. (I am not too sure since I mtl ed them) at the end of the first arc they showed the father from parallel side where there was no MC. So in the end he says "find my daughter."
Why did he say that even though MC was not even the parallel world.

(Even the system says in one of the scenes that Bai family was added in the world for MC to complete her main mission.)
Meaning in the parallel world Bai family does not even exist.

 

- Dad takes on a big project at Bai company, so he can't come pick up MC anymore.
- His assistant, Fat Uncle, comes to pick her up. He tells her that her dad is working hard, doesn't even have time to eat. She tells him to let her dad know to know work to hard and to eat healthy.
- Dad comes home and is about to sit on the couch when he sees a green lump. It is MC. She is wearing a green and cream coloured dinosaur onsie (the MLT calls her a small dinosaur dumpling and I almost died with the cuteness overload), so she blended in with the green blanket.
- Dad scolds MC, asking why she is down here by herself, and she says she did it secretly to wait for dad, because in her past life when she got home from collecting bottles she was all alone and it was scary, so she wanted to be there for her dad when he got back.
- Dad washes her feet and hands and brushes her teeth. MC wants to sleep in his bed, and dad thinks that she is so small and fragile if he rolls on her.... he refuses. MC pouts and acts cute. Seeing she cannot win, she asks for a kiss. Dad is frozen. MC starts to cry, saying that someone told her that the love of dads are meandered by kisses and if he doesn't kiss her that means he doesn't love her. So he kisses her on the forehead and MC goes to sleep happily.
- MC wants to go to her dads workplace. She gets people to cook his favourite dishes, packs it in a Hello Kitty container, and goes to Bai company escorted by bodyguards. They show up and bodyguard asks if he should let her dad know. MC says no, she wants to surprise him.
- Bodyguard says they want to see LS, front desk lady asks if they have an appointment as he is very busy. MC chimes in saying she is just here to give her dad some food. Receptionist calls assistant Zhang, who is stressing out, to inform him that there is a little girl looking for LS. Assistant Zhang says if there is a little girl looking for her dad, then seek help with the police. He hangs up.
- MC is confused as to why she can't see her dad.
- Then Uncle Mianmian, one of her dad's friends, shows up. He tells her to call him Uncle Gu not Mianmian, and tries to pinch her face but bodyguard steps in to block him.
- Gu Mian takes her up and as reward she lets him hold her chubby hand.
- Receptionist realises that MC is surnamed Bai and LS's adopted daughter. She is their little princess lol.
- LS is scolding a bunch of department heads.
- MC shows up and gives him food. Dept heads can see LS turn from a fire breathing dragon to a softie, and the room is less cold too.
- MC introduces the food and the starving dept heads can smell the aroma of delicious food, and LS stares at them asks why they are still here.

 

This could have something to do with how the story ends -

Spoiler: Daddy

When MC completes all her worlds, the system asks - What do you want? So MC says - For Daddy to be happy, wherever he is, however he is. System - Are you sure? MC wants to meet Daddy again but she is adamant - Yes.

System goes and collects all the Daddies from each world. They wake up, realising their daughters are missing and go bat-shit crazy. System appears in front of them and true to their personality, try to attack it/ negotiate with it for their daughters. So system says - Your daughter wishes for your happiness. What will you do?

All the dads look at each other and like one tell the system - Go to her.

That's where the story ends.

(I use MTL so it's possible I might have gotten some things wrong)

Or maybe, in the parallel world, Daddy sees her in a dream or something and decides to go and search for her.

 

Second world her dad is the emperor and she is just a random child off the street I think. Everyone was surprised when he brought back a dirty child in his arms. He likes to be clean and doesn't like people touching him. The eunuch assigned her to an old palace building with only 4 old servants. MC goes looking her her daddy, a concubine, Duanfei, finds her and taunts her. She then makes MC stand there while she sits down and eats a delicious meal, then throws MC into a shed. Her dad finds her later and then punishes everyone. MC cries to her dad saying she was bullied and the servants pinched her leaving bruises. Dad only punishes them with 30 hits of the plank, and everyone is grateful, because there was once a servant who broke a glass and they were sentenced to death. Everyone knows that he is being lenient because of MC. Of course Duanfei and her servants are punished to be demoted and chucked in the cold palace. People place more importance of MC because even though dad has a harem, he doesn't visit them and has no kids. He sends out an edit naming her princess Chaoyang.

 

She convinces her dad to give her the 4 old servants back so she can play with them, other wise he will have to play with her all day, and he agrees. Old servant is sweeping the grounds and MC decides to help him because he is so slow. So she helps him all the while saying he is so slow and her dad is so much better. Daddy asks a servant what MC is doing, and he replies sweeping the grounds, and his eyes become scary and servant quickly explains everything. Her dad comes, and she shows him her hands that are blistered and painful, complaining that they hurt. Dad gets some medicine for her, and she wants him to put it in her hands. She praises him, saying he is the best in the world etc, before he finally does it though. She gives him a kiss as a reward.
Her rooms have been redecorated the past several days. It now looks very girly and cute. There are also many many dolls that have been made. So his palace has been split into two, one side to his asthetics, clean and cold, and the other side is like a dairy wonderland.
MC wants to wear matching clothes with her daddy to the party.

 

- At the banquet, they suggest for MC to have reading companions. Her dad lets her choose people. Uncle system tells to to avoid the candidates that were proposed by the reborn protag (who is her dad's cousin I think, he has the title of wang). Uncle system tells her that he is bad and will hurt her daddy, so she ignores them and chooses other little dumplings to be her friends. One of them gives her a love token and he gets glared at by her dad.
- Og storyline is unclear because of MTL, but I think that there was a rebellion and dad got the throne, but his uncle and cousin was not happy. In the og life, they cultivated a woman to suit the emperor, get close to him and use her to set his palace on fire. But he managed to escape and three years later returned and killed a lot of people, especially the concubines. The og protagonist also died in the bloodbath. Dad emperor started a reign of terror. Now reborn protag wants to change his death. Seeing that the kids he wanted MC to chose were not chosen, he gifts MC 2 jade rabbit sculptures. MC says he is a bad uncle and repeatedly warns her dad to stay away from him. Palace staff are constantly in awe of how MC talks to her had lol. Dad gets the sculptures tested, and find that there is a poison in them that makes people crazy and confused, losing their minds. So dad arrests the cousin and his dad, locks them up. No one tells MC though.
- MC is going to classes with her 5 companions and the teacher is a famous scholar. Except he is getting frustrated because MC keeps sleeping in his class. After 3 days of sleeping, he tells the emperor. Her dumpling companions are worried for her, what if the emperor gets mad and doese't like MC anymore? She is so cute they cannot bear for her to have any suffering. One boy tells a story that he heard, how this couple adopted a son but after 2 years they had a real son and the adopted son became worse than a slave. The boys are very distressed. One says that if the emperor disowns the MC, he will take her back to his family as his little sister. They argue over who will keep her. They run after the messenger boy who deliver the news to the emperor, to try to stop him. Dad emperor hears the news and goes to the place, sees the boys squatting outside and they beg the emperor for mercy for MC she's still a baby. Emperor comes and tells the teacher that if he doesn't like MC sleeping in class he can leave. Teacher decides to stay to prove to emperor. He also rewards the little boys. After that MC is attentive in class and teacher is very impressed with her.
- Later the boys invite MC out to the markets. MC invites her dad and the boys are like . Dad carries her on his shoulders and she says that she's the tallest person alive.
- Later her dad regrets letting her choose her own companions cause they are all boys. He should have juts picked a bunch of girls. He also has a dream about the past life where he was injured in the fire and kills a lot of people a revenge. But he wakes up and sees MC and ignores it.

Oh also I forgot to mention for the ending first arc, it goes back to the og story line where MC wasn't there. Og story line was that Luo grandpa died in a car crash and Luo mother committed suicide and their family went bankrupt. Then LS (dad) left for 5 years or something, came back and destroyed the three major families that schemed against his family, resulting in economic crisis and a lot of jobs and lives lost. LS was captured by the original protag (Mu Bai) but it was part of LS's plan, and he killed the protag and escaped too. It flashes back to this storyline, where LS is still creating a mess of things. He has this feeling, a premonition and sees a scene of MC calling him daddy. He then sends a letter with evidence to the police about the three major families and showing how corrupt they are and what they did. Now everyone knows that they were the cause of the Luo family demise and he is just getting revenge. He also says that he is going to look for his daughter. Then he dissapears. But people are like, when did you have a daughter??

 

What is the ending ?

 

The ending for the second world is a bit confusing for me. Did she grow up in that world? It seemed like she disappear all of a sudden?? Can someone share spoiler about the end?
