Honestly I think we all are racist no matter what skin color, race, country of birth, socio-economic standing. After all we are all raised with biases so yeah.

There's plenty of racism outside of America. Asians in particular aren't exactly fans of black people, plenty of indiscriminate violence towards whites in African countries, the treatment of Filipinos in the Middle East, etc. America just gets more attention because it's a much larger melting pot while a lot of other countries are overwhelmingly homogenous.

 

Humans are the scum of the earth. Fishes are the way to go. When have you ever heard of a fish polluting the enviroment?

There is plenty of racism. This certainly isn't talking about the racism in my area that's for sure. We have a different group that has definitely been systematically oppressed for years that fits a similar niche though.

I feel like the US is a melting pot, because the groups are still fairly segregated.
America (continent, aside from maybe Canada, Chile, Argentina and Uruguay) is also a melting pot, but the population is more mixed. There is still segregation, but I think it's on a smaller scale than in the US.

But yeah, there is racism everywhere, though I wouldn't quite call it racism. I feel like it's more like xenophobia. There is a group that "represents" the nation, the in group and then there is the rest of the population. You have African countries where different tribes hate each other and when things go to shit, you end up with a genocide like in Rwanda. If a country has a big influx of immigrants and the country goes through a rough few years, "it's the immigrants' fault." But this is only when you see it from the perspective of big groups (and people that can't really think for themselves/don't want to make the effort to understand the other person.) People aren't usually asshole when you get to know them, the problem is getting to know them.
