Great Multicast and cooperation with Gufa can make up for it. Not to mention he also has learned somethings while fighting guduranis.

Super-Speed-Regeneration is there for it... and blood and other bodily fluids/chuncks become new means for attacking.

His allies never betray him. They just guide him in a way which will bring better results to everyone all while satisfying themselves.

Yes, Permanent damage into his enemies. What's the problem with it?

As for the negotiations, the perfect exemple of this was the 15 Evil breaking swords trying to "Negotiate" with Vandalieu. They may have hurt his subordinates, but who they think they are to impose terms against someone who is overwhealming stronger than them?

Why accept get deprived by someone clearly weaker than you when u can beat the shit out of who hurt your [weak] comrades?

There is something i've forgot about the chapter where Schneider is in Fazon... While working in info gathering, they are also making contact with Jahan's and Duke Alcrem's spies.

I just notice it does mean Van already has told Tuckerd and Jahan about the entire of Storm of Tyranny members being his allies as well they background (a dark elf guy, a vampire guy, etc...).

It is really unfortunate we can only imagine their faces when they discovered it. Same for the spies and other guys in touch with duke's intel who need to know about Schneider involvement LOL

 

Just that, remember he has the memories of guduranis, that means he knows all about the fighting style of guduranis, he knows the fighting style of all the evil gods and most of the alda side gods.

I don't think Van inherited anything from consuming Guduranis piece of the soul. He does not consume any memories from the other souls.

 

Is it possible that Heinz is brainwashed by Alda, because there is no way he will be coming back in the Amid empire. With reasons like the people living there are extremely prejudice with Vida's progeny.the reason why he moved to Orbeum kingdom.

and also, Alda's action is stupid. Connecting political government into religion is not an ideal way of government. Its like a Marxist or communist state giving power to a certain individual/religion. Worst thing is that individual is not even born or physically in that country. It is possible that there will be an internal struggle in Amid empire i.e. the aristrocats and middle class (/working) people. My theory is Alda is building military strength to fight of vidal with the citizens. This with have a conflict with the working class because they might be force to cooperate by either fighting or providing resources free of charge because it will be seen as a tribute to their "almoghty emperor god" Alda.

 

Iirc Van indeed got Guduranis' memories from Avalon as one of DKF he devoured from him. It is also said in the chapter that without those memories, its literally impossible for the Demon King Guduranis to be revive because this has his will. And the reason Avalon became Gud is because of it

 

About Van or Gufa... I refer to both, Van and Gufardgarn. Van is able to shoot dozens of spell if he wants so, including world destruction cannon, gufa can make many gates to connect any of van missed attacks to the enemy blind spot

Actually Van did. By (Destroying and )Eating Guduranis soul his soul frags do count as DK frags, Van is able to see all of Guduranis memories like a movie inside his head.

I don't mean the enemies, I mean Van, the last time his weapon was broken into pieces, if Heinz and his group had concentrated on a single fragment or point it would have been possible to damage it a lot, even break a piece (taking into account that even in the worst case the loss is insignificant, like 10,000 or 100,000 mana)

I mean attacks that are not aimed at killing or wounding, although the altered states do not affect it, there must still be some object of immobilization that is not considered an altered state, using the same logic of why the blood cloud works, a Physical attack.

Heinz really doesn't require brain washing to be an utter idiot. Remember, he feel for the last words of Gud saying Van would be like him. Gud. The (former) demon lord. A guy known for lying, manipulation and killing his own men. The LEAST trustworthy person you can listen to at that time. This is with every other god, who would know more about souls praising Van as being the Savior. He doesn't need to be convinced or brain washed. He is simply that stupid. Good thing the world hasn't advanced to the internet age, or he'd likely be in 3 cults and sold his belongings to a Nigerian prince.

Alda's situation is.. weird however. When you can actively see the higher being giving the law in one form or another, its less Religion and more a divine monarchy. There will most likely be a struggle, yes, but Alda is also shit out of ideas. His initial plan was getting the human nations to work together to beat Van. However, the defeat of Gud crushed that. Not only does the Kingdom treat Van as a hero, but he lost a important bargaining chip with the threat of Gud. Sure he could use it with Van, but its less effective and falls apart when under scrutiny. He NEEDS fanatics to be able to fight Van. Anything less and they will turn. If he does nothing, then Van can send a tendril out to the Empire and start influencing it. It is very much a losing game, but Alda will not and cannot give up. If he does, he not only has to admit he was a terrible god, but that his actions were terrible for the planet. It may even force him to judge himself as the criminal. So all he can do is double down and make desperate plays.

 

So it was "Almighty Emperor God" Alda? My MTL couldn't translate it nowhere properly so i didn't pay it any attention, but he really is calling himself in a new way again?

Aladia isn't the colossuss goddess of magical girls and black holes, so it is fine. Bakunawa... it is Van fault for let his DK Familiar in front of a hungry child.

Van was fighting completly in disavantage without be able to must all his strenght, roughly 2/3 of what he could do.

Van weapon broke because he stopped his attack to avoid hit his mother's copy.

Van already irregular soul became even more irregular after been broken to pieces twice (first as 4 creation champions), Also further mutating after eating guduranis soul. It won't be a problem anymore

I think he is already reflecting and taking it into consideration for further improvement... It is not easy to come up with a spell/tecnique to bind him, even more so out of his eyes, numerous eyes and counscious and his companions watch too. A fight where Van is all alone against Alda Forces won't happen anymore either.

If it comes to soul estructure Guduranis can't ever compete with Van.

Well, back to last chapter. Hopefully the nobles on that Assaba duche, after catching the news of Heinz being back to Amid side may feel a sense a crises and enforce a neutrality like Jahan and estimulate exchanges with Vidal Empire while shut up/ignoring/confront those noisy alda priests.

Making Heinz comeback to Amid side's news public right away might cause panic, making use of this info to convence the nobles to make amends toward Vidal Empire (and let Van guide the people) before being ''too late" would be good.

After Van finish his guide tour the breaking news of 5 [4] CBs betraying the nation of Orbaum - they are... WERE honorable nobles back them - could get officially announced and spread thoroughly across the country fuelling people dissatisfaction towards them and further leading people to Van side.

5 CB image would fall to the ground in Orbaum and Van pulling a string to make public what 5CB did in mirg shield would add salt to their wounds.

 

its like a big slap in the face for the Orbeum Kingdom. They might even interpret the party as spies sent by the Amid and Mirg because how can a rising group of adventurers (that are from and raised with different beliefs) moved into Orbeum with reasons that they want Alda believers "accept SOME of vida's progeny" (in reality the peaceful faction will only make them 2nd class citizens) this greatly contradicts to Alda's doctrines that is btw started and supported by overly idealistic Bellwood. Duke of Fazon and the heroes in his church mightneedto pack their bags because Alda favoring the enemy country is a very big dick move to them. This might make them wary to the Alda Church because it not a seperate organisation like the Adventurers and tamers guild, and a religion anymore. It is now a government.

 

If i were the nobles I would used Selene as a political hostage to scare Heinz.This would be a huge mental hit to Heinz and his parties thus slowing Alda's plans (if he did but i bet he dont becuz his already unstable). This is difficult to execute but if they could talk to Van and able to persuade him he might do it. Van its not actually a hero as he said it himself and hes also a little no a bit of crazy/insane because it really affects him and his kingdom. Who knows he might be able to annex thewhole kingdom to his empire like what Amid did to mirg.

 

Somehow this is going to lead to Van having to personally protect and deal with Selene, isn't it? And then we finally have the harem member that Van is opposed to.

 

That I think it would be Bellwood, knowing him or having gone bankrupt several times in his past, if he were to think of a character who would be the version of a modern society of
Heinz serious, saving the distances, Thomas DuBois from the series The Boondocks, left them homework.
