Anyone know any good Cultivator (or similar) style stories where the MC's main choice of weapon (and not something they just picked up for a short while) is the Bow? Barring that, what are some Interesting weapon choices you've seen, that AREN'T the Sword, Blade, Spear or Axe. NOTES: 1): Decent Length (30+chapters or 2-3 Volumes, depending on chapter length), and/OR being actively translated (Has been updated in the last 1 - 2 months). I.E. I don't want something with 10-15 chapters that's not been updated since August 2016, but something with 5-10 chapters that's been update Mid March/April(or even the start) is perfectly fine. 2): No Hentai/Smut. Adult themes/Scenes are fine, but no blatant smut (I.E. a bedroom scene just for the sake of smut). 3): Harem tag is fine, but No Polygamy. 4): No BL/GL.
For the OP, it's a hammer for short range and bow for long range. Since HJC is mentioned, try Douluo Dalu too. Hidden weapons (poison dart and the such) and plant powers. Both short and long range options. Not bows, but it's close. He uses mini crossbows for a certain time.
Aside from what has been mentioned I recall one, the protagonist is part of a primitive tribal society that lives inside a cliff face. He lives with his grandfather a former expert who was crippled, and his little sister. He ends up with a lightning constitution or something, which means he cultivates a lot faster than other people. His grandfather cures his crippled state by getting struck by lightning. There was also a race of giant barbarians that try to hunt down their tribe and eat them or something. Anyway I think his main weapon was a bow, maybe, it also might have been a spear I can't remember. Hopefully someone will know what I'm talking about I think I read it like ten years ago.
orz... unfortunatly, the first one isn't really a cultivator story, the second one is polygamy and the third isn't being translated anymore (unless you know of anyplace that is)
