This will be vague since I only remember this scene. The scene is when the MC was 'sent' to a hotel where the suspects are hiding. The suspects are composed of a male leader, the sexy female who disguises and maybe a few grunts. I can't remember why the mc is at the hotel but he spied on the group from the room next door and uses his cheat/cultivation to track them. The hotel is already surrounded by the police lead by a female officer(mc somehow knows her). During the escape they apprehended the female and the grunts(still not sure they exist) but the leader escaped. Fortunately, the mc tracked the leader and found him in some ducting on his way to the back of the hotel. This might not be from the same novel but I also remember a scene where he was attacked by some bigwig prestigious family only to have their main muscle guy turned into a zombie. The mc controlled this zombie to attack the mansion. He turned the tough guy into basically a mini hulk(more of a hyde from league of extraordinary gentlemen) There is also the usual 'expert' of the modern world where he tells "hmm, judging by the video of this giant punching the gate, he must have attained <insert level here>" He is neutral though.
Which is sad as that sounds like a interesting premise for a novel a mc getting a cheat/system and uses it to help people.
