I'm looking for a novel with alchemy!

Not the kind of alchemy where they brew potions but the kind that's all about "Equivalent Exchange" where they turn lead to gold and create homunculus to do their bidding!

is not exactly a novel about alchemy, but the protagonist has the unique skill "equivalent exchange" that allows him to create things as long as he has the material.

Fma is the only one that comes to mind. Maybe there aren't any other or they aren't as popular
