    back in the day.... less than an hour, like idk but i prob didnt reach 4 digits per day lol my eyesight is on point :)

    That’s my average when I’m inspired. But when I’m super inspired, I can write ~6k or more... but it’s been a while...

    Most in one day is probably something like 15k-20k? Not necessarily all from one series though.

    now I just tl something like, 6k ish at most, 2 k every morning, afternoon, evening...

    I get more sleep since I don't force to update 3x novel a chapter update haha and just 1-3 per day depend on mood.

    An entire volume of 273 pages in 14 hours. That's 50,629 English words.

    I'm not actively translating right now, but back when I did, I could get about 2000 words per hour at my peak... Though usually it was closer to 1000 words per hour.

    I think I had a regular translating pace for about a month... I was doing 1 chapter per day or so... But it went downhill pretty quickly... >.>

    At absolute zen mode when I was doing Desolate Era, with the caveat that I was already very familiar with the author's writing style and the story, I was doing 25 minutes per chapter of 3000 Chinese characters, so around 6000 characters per hour. This was the fastest I'd ever translated, and was due to a confluence of multiple reasons.

    The most I ever did in one day was when I was helping out on HJC. I did NINE chapters in one day over the course of six hours, which translated into about 30k characters.

    I translate only on week-ends 'cause I usually am pretty busy. But on the days I do translate, I'd say I spend 5 hours total.
    The editing can take a while, too.
    Craziest in a day? I don't know, I think something like 8k. Which is a lot with the editing and all.

    And I don't recommend doing this because my fingers are hurting, not too mention my blood sugar from this series.
