Lay super high capacity fiber optic cables all around the country and turn the internet into a free high speed public resource. I mean, I want to keep my gigabit per second speed when I move out of this area, so I think it would be good to get everywhere else to at least that level.

To tell you the truth. You name several I would do. I would upgrade all public works from roads, (solar roads that keep roads warm for snow. Lights for traffic. Also I would place magnetic technology for levitation. Also great against water drainage. The drainage should be big enough for people to work on the electrical in the road. Lastly better materials that last a long time.) bridges, (same ability as roads) and harbors/ piers (same as roads). As to power sources. I would get rid of all coal or oil power plants. The majority of power sources would be converted to liquid fluoride thorium reactors and Plasma gasification plants. I would also build a space elevator. So we can explore the universe. I would also build facilities that head underwater to explore the ocean floor. I would also upgrade both planes and airports. Most of those have been built over 50 years ago. They need newer technology and other works. Just to name a few.

depend on how many wish can come true here da priority based on this cat country condition, it on country scale~ road connection up to all villages level connected with da permanent asphalt~ this is da most basic which sadly still a problem~ ports and airports, this cat country consist of thousands of islands so for better logistic connection to connect all place those two is vital~ healthcare, lets start from infrastructure such as more hospital and clinic cuz well if at least there better connection this aspect which still on low bar it easier to execute~ although medical worker still lacking on number and competency which required more university, scholarship, wage and such this cat prefer solve da infrastructure first~ utilities such as electricity, water and phone signal~ internet sure good still phone signal thing have higher priority~ well these day common cat usually surfing internet on mobile~ train connection on big island, it can also used for public transportation but considering mostly train as public transportation turn profit on big city that have high frequency cat come and go hmm let try focus as logistic line as main income then public transportation as side job~ connection from ports to city which used as main economy sector on island on question then logistic to smaller sector can leave to road transportation or airport depend on circumstances~ this cat also want to touch education but that thing kinda headache so pass~ ~ for big city level beside thing on country level..... hmm da public transportation this cat choice is bus, yes train is faster and have more capacity but consider big city on this cat country geography kinda vary lets start with bus~ da bus station must have connection up to smaller city around it or maybe villages? oh almost forget da trash management system, it may rencirnator hmmm you know burn burn thing but for electricity plus gargabe recycle system well plastic recycle at least it can used on industry level~
