    its shrinking tech. the name spatial rings is a misnomer, since the rings/belt/bags don't create an extra dimension so much as it has a fixed storage space and just shrinks the objects going into them

    Not true. At least, not for all cases. Some spatial rings have no discernible limit. Like the ones in Coiling Dragon.

    na still true since if you can shrink something down to the atomic level then you could have nearly infinite space to store items

    How to create spatial ring is describe in here around ch.480 (not sure). And here too. Nothing serious. Once you understand the underlying principle, making item box, qiankun bag, spatial ring, etc is easy and simple.
