In greek they have 2 goddess related in moon 1st is Artemis and the 2nd is Selene.

Artemis is related in moon but the 1st goddess of moon is Selene which mean she is a Titan and they first god in greek mythology.

 

Where in the story does it imply that the bug is related to the moon? The only thing I can remember is her giving trashmoki his immortality while its night

It is possible the goddess is Ishtar/Aphrodite and the reason why she is associated with night is because of her connection to the planet Venus.

The poor girl will now meet him and if she falls for him Tomoe will either want her to join them so she can teach them stuff or will threaten her to stay away from her Waka-sama.

Also don't forget he has met with 5 gods, FIVE! Most people, specially in the world, never meet one let alone five.
