Well how he got pregnant is from that One time when Qi yan spiked the drink. And then Qi yan and Mo Anyu worked together to kidnappe him (not sure of the reason) and Qi yan hit Bo Yu which caused him some pain and he remembered that it is a familiar pain when he was pregnant 2 year ago. Of course ML rescued him and Bo Yu rushed to the hospital he kinda left the ML and stole a car (i think) when to the same doctor who helped him before (the doctor friends with ML) anyway Bo Yu met with ML mother at the hospital and saw Bo Yu on the ground bleeding but with no injury but the doctor rushed him to the operation but it was too lat and he got a miscarriage.
Of course Qi yan was locked up somehow by the ML and bo yu visited his saying how does it feel to kill a person and qi yan was like when did i kill someone but bo yu didn't tell him making him go crazy and screaming and the ML hear him (he was outside since bo yu didn't want to tell him yet) and got curious bo yu told him when he is ready he will tell him but the ML found out anyways and connect the dots that the perosn qi yan kill was there baby and he got angry and visited qi yan cut of his toung and injured his hand and legs and left him in a romoted area.
I'm not really sure but i think he was locked up in his house by his relatives or something like that or his family got in trouble with an investment that he stole from the ML which he exchanged for MC life.
ML is not a play boy. He had an ex FROM WHAT I UNDERSTOOD FROM MLT:- ML is not a playboy he is just stoic. He was taught not show emotions but MC can see through him. The reason why MC leaves ML is because he was worried ML would think he was a weirdo cuz he can give birth. MC didn't really want to leave ML though when he went back to ML, ML was with his ex. Who was using ML's mothers affection for him to put a wedge between them. BUT ML was just as angry with MC, at one point ML asks him why he couldn't believe in him. MC doesn't talk about his secrets, even when his half-brother visits him, MC lie to ML, who isn't buying it and gets MC to answer him. MC is the son of a rich man though his mother says that MC's father is someone else and the brother knows. Big bro has an unhealthy obsession which MC where all his ex's look sort of like MC, but with slight differences. Mo guy is in a different country getting treatment since he is HELLA obsessed with MC. He does not kidnap MC, it was that Qi Yan, ML's ex. And Qi Yans brother who did. Though Mo does use MC as a reason to strike up a deal (he was planning to kill MC because if he couldn't have MC then no one can----Yandere •.•) but he saves MC when Qi Yan tries to shoot him.
