But I am also open for more lighter stuff. I currently thoroughly enjoying "His Canary", "Wife Can't Escape", and "Tyrannical Wang’s Beloved Wife". Other reads I'm liking are "The Yandere Came During the Night", "Stigma", "The Man’s Perfect Wife" and "Doppio Senso". So I enjoy those deeply wonderful yandere story. Let me gaze through the dark window as I read.... so suggestions please! It can be adult/smut or BL/GL as well.
I love possessive love but those twins are just too abusive. When they drowned her I checked out. But in a way that kind of abuse is more 'realistic'...
Dark and obsessive? Mmm try "How Many Tomorrows There Are".. It's BL with a hunger-games like setting though.. I'm not really sure if the ML is obsessed with the MC but he's kinda like a psycho XD
+1 for Inside the Cave of Obscenity. It's a form of stockholm syndrome/brainwashing that evolved to obsession. Utsuro no Hako to Zero no Maria MC's yandere tendencies shine brightest in the later chapters. His obsession is pretty dark... like, damn. Usotsuki Mi-kun to Kowareta Ma-chan This one's a classic psychological novel with heavy obsessions. Do You Think You Can Run After Reincarnating, Nii-san? Self-explanatory. What it lacks in depth, it makes up for with shock factor. The Pygmalion Is Planting Seeds This one left quite an impression on me. Male yandere with a neat twist. "Morbid" is best to describe this one. The frog prince and the witch. A yandere love triangle. Guy gets abused by yandere, gets comforted by another girl who now becomes his target for obsession. There are a lot more, but most of them are harems and stuff.
Just search male yandere tag and you will get a lot. A lot of them romanticize stuff like abuse, rape, and other morally questionable stuff. Especially joseis.
Most good things o can recommend to you are dropped in translation though... One of the best yandere stories I've ever read, and it's not just because of the yandere element but because the author was just that good at making characters feel important, is taming of the yandere. Unfortunately, it's dropped in translation, though its very easy to MTL. Then there's do you think you can run away after reincarnating niisan? It is yandere at its best. Dark, gruesome, scary, incredibly obsessive... Just beautiful. Though it's also dropped...

Its really good if you like rape (which I do). Easy to read with great translation and you will cry at the end of each arc. Eventhough we know the shou is not 'really' hurting but since there's a POV of the shou in that setting it feels truly painful. There's no explicit smut tho so if you want that go to The Perfect Destiny.
Broken-Winged Angel Though, this novel might prove to be a little heavy for some people's taste. Do recommend that you check it out first, whether this cup of tea is for you or not.
