Recommendations Is there an actual good harem anime?

So, recently I've been watching all of the harem anime I could find but most of them end up being an absolute pile of shit where the MC ends up with all the girls in the end. This lead me to think about an important question; are there any good harem animes?
for example:

• A harem anime where the MC has to choose one girl
• A harem anime where the MC isn't a fucking dense moron
• A harem anime where the MC doesn't accidentally enter his own bathroom in which he finds a naked anime girl that suffocates him by proceeding to throw everything in her field of vision at him, and then shouts "BAKKA" at him
• A harem anime where the MC actually gets laid, because we all know it's unrealistic when there are four hot anime girls sleeping with you in your bed only for nothing to happen.
• Finally, a harem anime where the characters are not just cardboard and templates; meaning they actually have personalities. They develop and grow as a human being.

So do you guys have any recommendations? Thanks in advance!

a harem without a proper harem ending is just a pointless waste of characters and un-needed filler.

1. If you want a single girl ending, just cut out the middle man and watch a normal romance.
2. I gotta agree with you there. Fortunately, there are a small few out there.

4. You want hentai for this. I cant think of any non-hentai anime where the protag actually gets legit laid
5. Well, that one's a variable up for debate as each person's standards are different.

Aesthetica of A Rogue Hero fits the 'not a dense moron' point and is very adjacent to the 'protag actually gets laid' so it might fit what you're looking for. Technical harem end but who the primary wife is, is made really clear.

imouto paradise I still haven't watched but it is in my endlessly long plan to watch list.

 

Oh wait, maybe My Bride is a Mermaid would be kinda close to it... but it doesn't really involve more intimate relations.

Other than that, I've lately watched Nagaserete Airanto, or whatever it was, but I doubt it's quite what you want.

 

Hmmm... story that starts out as a harem but ends up with an actual selection. Came across one recently, didn't watch the anime adaption so no idea if he made his choice there, but he's made his choice in the novel.

the trouble with that one is that in, like, the last quarter of the anime it takes a trip down cliche lane with a bit of stock trope melodrama.

The Only Recommendation I could properly recommend you is Clannad. Although it doesn't completely fulfills your requirement. No, Tomoya isn't fucking Dense, but he is quite dense about Ryou's feelings towards him and Kyou trying to match them up. (In the anime at least, in the games, he knows Kyou is trying to make him date Ryou)

Although my next recommendation to you fulfills only one of your Criteria (The Last one) High School DxD. It's an unpopular opinion but HSDxD's Story more than its Fanservice elements. In fact I only like Fanservice scenes when it strengthen's Issei's Sacred Gear (I loved the moment in the Novel when Oppai Dragon Song Calms down Issei when he rampaged using Juggernaught Drive). Other times it is meh to irritating.

 

Ahaha... sounds about right, all reviews I saw didn't detail it beyond average... but that is the only harem story I recall having the MC choose a dedicated lover and get married.

I don't know if there's an anime, but "We never learn" (I think that's the english name, can't remember the japanese one, it's a Jump Manga) should kind of fit your bill.
