I think the boy will have dark blue hair just like lippe and red/pink eyes. The girl will have light blue hair (since it's a mix of lippe and reas hair) with pink eyes
I don't remember what chapter it was in the webtoon, but wasn't there a mention of a Saint? Lippe was remembering how after the discovery of the Saint is when the Church started to gain more power. Is there any mention/explanation of this in novel?
Its confirmed in the novel that Arcelina has reas' silver hair and lippe's red eyes while Adenhart has the navy/purple hair with reas' blue eyes
The saint will become a huge part of the story. In Lippe's past life when the saint appeared, the obsessive compulsion towards the temple increased, and the temple gained unimaginable power. Its revealed that the saint actually has the power to brainwash people, so the temple (who the Emperor is also working with) uses her to mind control the empire. In the past life, the people who weren't brainwashed resisted and started the civil war. Its mentioned that Astareas Castillo raised his sword up for his people (against the emperor and the temple I suppose) and brought upon a rebellion. In her second life, Lippe will use her singing to disrupt the powers of the saint and save everyone!

Spoiler: lippe’s birthday This happens in chapter 119. I think Reas wasn’t supposed to come(?) but he did anyway. I don’t know if other people know he came, but Reas said something like he would have regretted not coming as Lippe looked really beautiful that night! Reas followed Lippe into the greenhouse and gave her his cape because she wore a thin dress for the party. Robel(?) was searching and calling for her but both of them stayed silent and stared at each other (omg). He then gave her a miniature(?) piano as present and then Lippe got a flashback. In the past, Lippe said that it would have been great if they had a piano, but it was impossible because they seemed to be in the war(?). Anyways, Reas asked what kind of piano and Lippe answered (black, etc.) and apparently, the present Reas got her the exact same kind with the description. She then started suspecting Reas was also reincarnated again. And then the waltz played, and she was supposed to go back as the birthday girl is the first dance! But when she was hesitating, Reas asked her for a dance. They danced, and Lippe was confused because Reas should’ve known she hadn’t gotten a dance lesson yet at that point. Dancing in child’s body was hard so she kept making mistakes(?) and then Reas lifted her to step on his shoes (which was a high-quality expensive leather, Lippe freaked out). At the end, Lippe thought something like ‘aren’t we too close?!’
