I'm curious to find some longer Chinese novels that people enjoy re-reading. Mostly what I want to avoid is stuff that relies too much on narrative hooks that string you along until things are resolved. Its okay if it uses hooks, but ideally those aren't the main way of keeping your interest, and there's lots of parts you enjoy being in without feeling like you're just waiting to get to the next part of the novel. If the only stuff you re-read isn't too long, that's fine too, enjoying re-reading is more important than being long, I'm just curious what the longest stuff people re-read is. Pretty much any genre is fine, though if its too sad or unpleasant I'd probably not enjoy re-reading it.
Losing Money to Be a Tycoon(re-read some interesting chapters while waiting for updates) I have medicine(shounen-ai, dropped around ch200 then picked up again since the beggining till the final. More than 1000 chapters if I am not mistaken).
