    Cheeses are life. So I'm pretty happy with getting a 3 years project in Tuscany.

    Nah, their super common. Even Havarti, which is good in Cheese Sauces, is pretty common.

    Im fine with hard cheese but i hate cheese once its used in some dishes and starts melting. At that time it just looks so disgusting that I dont like to eat it kek
