Dont bother. Those packaged sugar free drinks are often more harmful due to the other ingredients they add to make up for their sweetness. If your talking about homemade, yes please!! Just add a bit of honey in there for me
*drinks water* What kind of sugar free are we talkig about? Sodas? Artificial sugar? Sugar alternative(like honey, etc)? Or no sugar at all?
We've been having sugar free drinks ever since my dad had diabetes... I actually prefer it since I don't like sweet things that much. And I think that sugar free soda tastes better
I hate diet coke, but coke zero is pretty good for me. Sparkling ice is also a mainstay of my pantry.
Green Tea variants from Republic of Tea and any brand of earl grey too. Stopped drinking soda since I've started working
I drink water most of the time, with coffee in the mornings. If I order drinks outside, I tend to order Ayakata green tea or canned Oolong tea, which are sugarless and free of artificial sweeteners. For people who have never had tea without sugar before, they might be a little too bitter.
I usually don't drink anything with added sugar during the day. But I have 100% natural orange juice with my vitamins 3 days a week during dinner and drink a protein shake (with unsweetened soy milk) that has some sort of artificial sweetener on it, every day after my workout. I usually would have a whey isolate protein powder that doesn't have any flavourings in it but last time I wanted to buy it, it was 10% more expensive so I went for the cheaper one and now I slightly regret it. Aaaah... at least the vanilla smell isn't that bad.
I drink water, tea, juice and smoothies with no added sugar. Occasionally treat myself to a coffee with milk and one sugar. My regular whey isolate was sold out once so I bought one that was slightly cheaper. Tasted horrible and I was stuck drinking it for two months. Never again
Aaaaaah that's exactly me at the moment... At least we're 2 people and drinking it daily so I hope we can finish it up fast and go back to our regular brand asap.
I drink sugar free generic supermarket brand energy drink. It's not as good as original ofc but not bad. Sugar free Monster is bad for example.
I will never give up my sugar water for your tap water. In all seriousness sugar free alternatives often have additives that are more harmful than regular sugar.
