If you pay someone yo buy a thing for you, will it be you buying? Id say yes as you use a middleman. Same applies here
It would prolly be homicide in the eyes of the law, and you'd likely become an accomplice... but hey, imagine how cool it would be to be an accessory to murder (your own murder, but still...)...
I believe this is considered assisted suicide as I have read stories about this occurring for people in hospices or with illnesses who do not want to continue living.
This reminds me of a South Park episode where it was considered suicide. Stan’s grandpa tried to pay Stan to kill him. In the end he tried to be slick at the end to try and die a natural death by going to Africa and seeing if lions would kill him since technically that would be a natural death.
What about attempting to climb say Mount Everest and die since their have been quite a few deaths from that?
If you hire your alternate universe persona to kill you, like in rick and morty, does it count as suicide?
It is suicide whether you jump in front of a car or die of exposure while climbing a mountain without training or equipment. If your intent is to die, it doesnt matter what action takes your life.
I saw a tv station airing this section where the girl's friend was jailed because of "assisted suicide". Apparently, you are obligated as a friend to stop someone from suicide even though that girl repeatedly requested that she wanted to die.
incorrect~ it just result of battle of proving which argument accepted as truth on court cuz court decides which one legal or not~ some law can interpreted differently based on need for defense or attack on court argument~ assisting crime sentence can be argue if you have money for lawyer~ da result is another thing~
Thanks for the details! I did not pay attention about it that much because I thought it was stupid for someone to get arrested. Theyre both teens and don't know any better (if Im not mistaken here). Just ignore them instead so you don't need to spend a fortune.
