I figured the Manga was differect because it had an early story arc that was not in this novel.

 

The low level writing style of this novel is increasingly disappointing me the more I read it. The translator's attempt to flesh out the author's vagueness is sort of commendable, but I can see he had to dumb things too to match to author's tone.

Schwartz and Ashley chemistry is good. Ashley can recognize Schwartz behind Shaft disguise instantly, and cares about his well-being. This is beyond magic and skill.

btw for the following spoilers.... Marida Company is Marida's company. Marta is just one of its managers.
I have no idea why the translator for this series is calling it Marta Company, but in the earlier chapters Marda did say that it was his wife's company.

After Shaft dispatches the assassins, he summons a motor home called "CONTINENTAL"
He couldn't really fit everyone in his camper truck; so he used the CONTINENTAL.
He made up some excuse that its some national treasure that someone lent him, so pls dont disclose.
He reports to the Duke about it, and gets Vee as a partner.
They go through the enemy Marquis' house to get evidence and whatnot, and then they blew it up.
Afterwards, Shaft is done with the Duke's requests, and asks for one thing in return.
Shaft and Ashley talk, about Ashley leaving the guild for a while due to Pirates to the south.
Shaft says to wait for him, as he's about to clear the Wolf Dungeon.
They all return back to Barga. Shaft talks to Marida Company; He also reports to the Mercenary Guild, kills a bunch of remnants of the assassins he dispatched.
Then solos the Wolf Dungeon.
He beats the 25th Level boss, which is a Crocodileman.
Then he beats the Labyrinth boss, a werewolf that talks.
He then gets contacted by "ERROR" (Same person who mailed him during the Green Ogre Dungeon.) and gave him a Magical Tag that allows him to use Magical Devices, such as Teleport Stones.
The mail also says you can "save" Labryinth bosses, but Schwarz just disregards it for now because he isn't a hero of justice or anything grand.
He transform back to Shaft and then teleports back. (He had to say "transfer")
After reporting to the guild staff, he's riding towards Barga and he gets crossed by a Black Knight on a Black Horse. (Both are fully armored)
Seems to from the Dark Guild "Cactus". He's wearing magic armor to boot, taking most of Shaft's shred grenades.
Most of his attacks doesnt go thru, except for his EM Baton. He shocks the knight thoroughly.
Afterwards he drops a M978 fuel trailer on the knight's head. (This one is newly bought and has a ton of fuel) and Shaft makes it burn. He makes it burn hard.
He double taps the knight, takes the armor who has lost its radiance, then sells it afterwards.
After returning to Barga, he gets questioned by the Western Knights (About the fire pillar and the Garou dungeon)
He then switches back to Schwarz and finds Remi first.
Remi questions who Schwarz is, and the reason he appeared in Barga, but he answers "To live."
He checks in with Marta for bit, as well as the twins he rescued. He also says he's going to go south, the marine city of Amar; to which Marta reacts.
He then exists out of Barga and onto his LAV to the south.

New character, i'll call her Charl or Char. Kek. for now its Charl.

He meets up with a C-Rank adventurer called Charl. She was having an arguement with the barkeep girl cuz she didn't have any money to rent out a two-bedroom room.
Schwarz and Charl rent out a room together. The next morning they arrived at a conclusion that they are both going to Amar, and Charl insisted on coming along with Schwarz. (Schwarz is still a D-Rank here)
Charl is a bow-user, an Attribute Bow, Magic Weapon. Charl then teaches Schwarz how to dismantle a deer.
They kept running into the mountains until Charl complained. (Schwarz forgot that he wasn't alone wwww)
They dispatch a few orcs in the next town, and Charl suspects Schwarz of being a Pirate/Dark Guild member/Assassin. He shows off Marta's letter and his reason for going to Amar.
The reason Charl suspected Schwarz was due to his combat style. A D-Rank that can take down 6 orcs lulz.
They head deeper and into the Magic Ore mine and which has a few more orcs.
Charl's Magic bow seems to absorb attribute magic stones (things that Schwarz cannot convert to CP), and it gains additional effects, like Lightning gives it Electrical Properties, such as Stun and Electrocution.
Btw, Schwarz is using a CZ75 SP-01 with a bayonet attached to it.
Charl still questions Schwarz cuz he just kills an orc by his lonesome.
Seems like Charl is out of money due to buying a lot of attribute magic stones, hence why she couldn't really afford the inn back where they first met. Charl is actually tagging along with Schwarz so she could teach him and also escort him for money.

Finally in Amar (also paying up Charl for the escort troubles) Schwarz looks for the shipyard for Marta's contact.
But before he can proceed, Charlotte (pfft) gets recognize by the gatekeepers. But she insists that her name is Charl, a C-Rank Adventurer.
Anyways they split up after Charl invites Schwarz to dinner at her family's house; after Schwarz delivers the letter.
He finally meets up with Bolroy, the director of the Merchant Shipyard owned by Marida Company. Bolroy's a catkin, middle-aged guy.
Schwarz also finds out about the current situation of the seascape.
The enemy seems to be a Pirate Fleet known as Kaidou.
The current fleet of Amar is headed by Reizen. He's still young so its impossible for him to crush the pirates by himself.
Charlotte and Ashley are sisters. :>
Ashley is the older sister, and the reason why she quit the guild is because it was all so that she could become the next head of her house.
After dinner, Ashley returns, and talks to Schwarz, while Charlotte is flabbergasted at their interaction.
For pirate busting, he deploys a U-boat VII and a RQ-11 Raven (a grey airborne drone)
He then moves alongside the first fleet to see how the pirates will respond....

He found it funny that the wooden boats can match his uboat's speed, as they're all using Magic to propel themselves, despite the bad shipbuilding techniques.
The fleet finds the pirates and fires a wave of fire magic shots at them. Because of the pirate's ships being small they can just see the incoming shots and dodge as necessary.
There were about 20 pirate ships, so he used the Raven drone to target lock them on his TSS, then start launching torpedoes at them.
He takes down 5 ships at once with his volley of 4 torpedoes. he can't launch them continuously as there is a cooldown.
He finally sees the captain of the pirate ship with his periscope (and enhanced audio capture)
Afterwards since he couldn't use the torpedos, he used the 88mm gun on top of the U-Boat to destroy the ships surrounding the escort fleet.
The pirates withdraw, but the fleet sees this as a chance and starts dropping more firepower their way.
The flagship of the fleet started to sweep and take all the pirates. and start questioning them.
The fatpig Reizen starts questioning them about where their homebase is and what is that blackship, wanting it for himself.
Anyways, Schwarz ignores him for now and starts moving his way to the pirate's home base.

Infiltration Time!
he changes into a different avatar. He went with a skull and boney like character and equips a sort of "Ghost Captain" kind of equipment (leather gear)
He names this character "Yona". (Its basically a Skeleton Body.)
His equipment for this are Oxygen Canisters for undersea missions.
When he enters their base, he hears a lot of women screaming, and men cheering, angry and crying voices.
Unfortunately, when he's close to a pirate ship, he manages to find one of the more bulkier guys throws a girl out of the ship and into the water, in which Yona grabs.
He assist her by giving her one of the Oxygen Canisters into her mouth, and wraps a cloth on her bare boobs and heads towards the U-Boat.
He waits for her to wake up while also checking his map for the pirate's movements.
Mimi wakes up and proceeds to be scared for her own safety. Again, there's a skeleton boy just moving around. He then feeds her and asks her for more information.
People captured by pirates are then given magical disturbance rings on their necks. The men are sent to the warehouse, while the women are split into warehouse group and the various jobs group in the common area for the pirates.
Kada, the leader of the pirates, was the burly man who threw Mimi out. He's a lionbeastkin.
Anyways, he returns to the uninhabited island used by the fleet as a sort-of, forward base. Ashley's there to see Schwarz.
Reizen is also there, trying to capture the ship.
SCHWARZ is still in his Skeleton Form, and now they're being targetted.
Yona stares at Ashley with his blue fireballs as eyeballs, and Ashley knows immediately. She makes Charl stop targeting him.
Yona throws Mimi into an emergency lifeboat, and then vanishes back into the sea. Surely, Ashley will take Mimi to Amar.
ROUND 2 OF INFILTRATION!
This time, its time for equipment. He starts with a M24A2 Sniper Rifle. Loaded with a Five-Seven w/ Supressor. He then picks a long sword used by the US Military and a grenade that can be hidden in his pirate suit.
He starts by going for the imprisoned people. He talks to them to leave during the fleet's assault, he gives them 3 lifeboats to ride on.
He starts heading towards the other warehouse where other men and women are dragged into, to find out that it had a magic transfer circle.
He uses it to transfer into ANOTHER Warehouse.
He then drops a Type-74 truck. Using it, he takes the transfer circle and stores it into the back of the truck, then stores it back into garage.
He then grabs the other magic transfer circle into his giftbox, cutting the pirate's escape.
Anywho, he starts duking it out with the pirates back on the Pirate Island.
Kada manages to block most of Yona's attacks, but eventually he starts using his Tentacle Water magic and Whirlpool Magic.
Yona went serious mode and starts to use a GE M134 Minigun (because his sniper rifle and c4s weren't really doing much) and the stream of bullets kills Kada, as his ship sinks inside the pirate's home, then he splits.
His crystal points dropped. A lot.
Anyways, he sees Ashley is with the 6 ships that are near the Pirate's home.
He sees ashley and summons his Uboat, unfortunately, he couldn't dive properly, as Reizen and his possy are doing things to the water.
Ashley tries to get Reizen off Yona's tail, but Reizen is adamant in subjugating Yona and taking the Uboat.
Then, because Yona was pissed off, he fires a torpedo towards Reizen's ship, but then aims an 88mm gun at it, which promptly explodes before hitting the target, sinking the boat in a tower of water. (Its still a wooden ship, so the blast punched a hole in the ship's bow.)

Schwarz is back on Amar, strategiziging how to get back his lost CP, most likely by selling 9.5 liters of Magic Water in one of his Liquid Tanks.
He meets up with Bolroy and Marta; he recieves a portion of the magic water sale, which he immediately purchases non-attribute magic stones with.
The Great Magic Stone he got from the Wolf Dungeon as Shaft, will be on display next month in the Royal Capital.
The fleet finally arrives and out comes all the captured pirates, as well as the saved men and women. Charl and Ashley is welcome backed by Schwarz.
Then he hears Reizen trying to deploy another fleet to capture Yona and his black ship.
Schwarz can only say "Good luck."
It seems the magic transfer item, lead Schwarz to a warehouse near the royal capital, that's why when he expanded his map before, it was just black all around. After a more detailed checkup later on, he deduced that it was north of the royal capital, in a secluded area in the woods/mountain.
Anyways, Ashley, Charl and Schwars will be headed towards the capital. Schwarz for the Great Magic Stone auction.
Seems like there were about 300+ captured people by the pirates, and it is unknown what happened to them.
Captain Yona has been designated by Reizen as a First Class Dangerous Demon Beast in the General Guild. (chuckles)
Anyways, seems like there's a few people trying to copy the "Black Mask" Shaft. Marta says that because how the design of shaft's avatar looked, it was easily copy-able. So a LOT of people in the Royal Capital is "cosplaying" as him.

Schwarz then takes all the wine from the Continental, to sell them to the commerce guild through Marta's pathways. Since the continental is cheap, the wine itself can be produced infinitely, as long as he had CP. Unfortunately he couldnt' sell it without a Label and Date of Made.
Shaft and Marta go through the teleportation point to the Royal Capital, cutting all travel time.
Once arriving, Marta equips a "Black Mask" similar to Shaft's. Shaft is literally just "BUT WHY?!" - Mostly due to the fact that they MIGHT think its the real Shaft and they get crowded.
When they finally enter the cityscape, Shaft went super embarassed mode.
Everywhere he saw, Black Mask Shaft items were being sold. Face Masks, Overcoat, Axes, and a stunbaton looking thing.
There's even booths to throw axes and whatnot.
Shaft decides to close his ears...
He reveals to Marida that Shaft and Schwarz are the same person.
Marida immediately thinks of Map Selling Schwarz.
Marida suggests to sell the wine under "The Black Prince's Wine" under Shaft's big influence... and Shaft is like "UGH NO PLS." but he thinks it over.
Shaft then enters the general guild to get his special reward. He finally meets an elf here, who is the General Guild's Deputy Guild Master for Kurtmelga Kingdom's General Guild.
He is lead into a room with her, and 3 other people spying on them.
Seems like it was Siegfried (General Guild Staff Member), Duke Marlen Velderlein, and Ophelia D'Agrange.
They're all interested in the magic stone, but for different reason. Someone declared that they'll be stealing it. The person's name is Kaito of Nekoyanagi
The 3 guild staffers ask Shaft to capture this Kaito. As shaft leaves, he hears the two aristocrafts arguing who would take in Shaft into their family.
Ophelia makes the first move though, and tries to appeal to Shaft, questioning his motives; during dinner time.
Shaft kinda shoots her down saying he wants to continue labryinth diving and only protect those he wants to protect. Ophelia actually likes this answer and REALLY wants him more. btw Ophelia is known as the "Sword Princess Ophelia"
He does promise her wine for the good story he's heard about Ophelia's frontier lands.
He starts with loadout, he takes a taser gun, gps tracking darts, and a FMG-9 just in case a fight comes out.
But before anything... he rents out a warehouse for himself and puts out the magic transfer circle from his giftbox and lays it out. He uses transfer and he immediately gets transfered to his Garage Space.
He enters his private room and into the shooting range and starts praticing with the taser gun.
Ashley's letter arrives that tells him that they're there already. Also they're asking to get the transfer magic circles from him, and they're waiting in the Royal Castle.
He enters and gets surprised at a "Samurai-like" House inside the castle's area. It seems to have been maintained for 400 years.
The household's owner is a small elf girl, and the Honorary Chancellor of Zeparnell, sees through Schwarz' different world nonsense immediately.
Seems like the small elf girl comes from ESO and has been living a very long life in this world. She has spread her blood and wisdom a lot, and that's how Ashley is capable of identifying Schwarz (despite the many avatars) (Of course its only Ashley, for now.)
She asks Schwarz about what he's doing in this world, and he answered the same. The Chancellor thought about and finally agreed that Schwarz wont use his power to destroy. Also she wants Schwarz to take Ashley in. :>
Anywho, he spends some time with the Zerparnells, and then keeps the Transfer Magic Circles to himself, one of which he places in the garage. the other still in the Type 74 truck.

Shaft is back in the hotel; but is missing Coty and Ophelia's little elf boy.
He deduces that they might've been working with Kaito and asks Ophelia to check it out.
Schwarz then heads to Marida Company to buy a new base of operations for himself.
That way he can teleport here.
Anywho a parade goes through, and he sees the King as well as the Fourth Princess Cyril. He questions internally if the King is a descendant of someone who also fell into this world.
Afterwards the Rafflesia comes as well....
He gets noticed by someone who he's met before in the Green Ogre Dungeon. Liner/Riner/Reinell?? I forget. Schwarz gets called "Mapper" by him.
He tries to poach Schwarz again, but Schwarz declines. (I mean he started dissing Marida who is next to Schwarz)
Anyways, Shaft and Malta enter the royal castle. Shaft attachs a GPS Tracker on the magic stone itself.
During the auction break, Malta finally lets others try the wine shaft has taken from the Continental. They've labelled it as "BLACK SHAFT". They could only admire the wine as they taste it.
Right as the auction ends on the Great Magic Stone, Sleeping mist has been deployed. Ophelia deploys a magic barrier to attempt to protect her area from the smoke.
He finally sees that the great magic stone is being rolled away.
Coty is surprised to see Shaft reaching him so fast. Coty gets tazer'd. At close range.
And then 6 people from a Dark Guild appeared, and they all get beaten.
Koti manages to escape because Rafflesia interrupted him and deemed him undead. Felix attacks, but gets stopped by their Leader, Cypria. (His mask broke during the fight with the Dark Guild)
Ophelia comes along and manages to see Shaft's face, and just stops right there.
Ophelia's attitude with shaft returns to normal after a while. And promises that they'll meet again someday. She leaves to chase after Nekoyanagi/Kaito group northbounds.
He earns about 100 platinum coins from selling the Great Magic Stone. The new owner smells it a lot. He thought the sewage smell was something akin to actual great magic stones from dungeons... but i digress.
His next goal is the Snake Labyrinth.

Is the translator trolling and forcing the reader to join discord by releasing chapter not in order?

Honestly, if they dont pick up the pace, it'll take them 5 years to completely translate this novel.

I thought they changed their release policy. Fortunately that wasn't the case.

If they release 2-3 chapters a week that would be great, but that would be minimal benefit for the patrons. For now the only way to catch up faster is only through patreon.

 

Only thing i regret about this manga is that alot of girls like the MC but he just doesnt want to pursue the romance

Question is would she tell her sister their first meeting. She would be sitting in sieza while listening to their rant that she should be taking care of herself.

 

I wonder if he would create a female avatar just to increase the deniability. More likely now since that he is a part of the secretive guild "Spark" If he have a hologram tech he might even give a show.
