this is really rare, also undead/dragon do not really count as they are sentient beings. Undead mostly used to be human e.g. liches, zombies and so on while dragons usually are able to assume human form dungeon depends on author then there is my classmate is 200 million years old where an alien soul slips into a human body, though this also isn't what you mean right? Naah it’s more like a useless zombie finally getting some sense, it would be normal reincarnation if undead was somehow connected to the time when he was a living being and not what he had become.
