Duh, it's obviously so you won't have drunken sex or sprain yourself trying to imitate insane postures! lol.
It's like driving. Driving is safe. Drunk driving is a disaster waiting to happen. Sex is safe. Drunk sex is a disaster waiting to happen. That is why the age to drink is higher than the age for sex!

Voted 20 though IMO the range should be 20-30. By the time you hit 50 or close to retirement age, your kids should be independent by then. 40 is a risky area since you risk menopause for girls and end up having no kids at all.

 

Keep it. You only get one V-card your whole life, why would you get rid of such a rare thing?

There's no upper limit, but 30 over should be point where its definitely late.

Sex is too mainstream nowadays. It's all about domination and luxury with sex as a second hand community goods. Domination derived from power and status and luxury from wealth and family. Love makes the world go round; thus, love is boundless yet bounded by sex.

 

From 12 to 16?

In my school, they taught sexual education since 4rth grade. Everyone knew that if they wanted to shag they needed condoms so I don't exactly see any real downside to fooling around with people of your age.

As far as I know, no one ended pregnant either despite people fucking like rabbits since 7-8th grade.

My cousin has recently celebrated her 18th birthday 3 months ago. She just graduated this March. Got pregnant last May. Now, we're supporting her but she has to bear the burnt of juggling school (even if it was online) and upcoming baby. It didn't help that the one who knocked her up was also a fresh 18 yrs old guy. So yeah. Lose your virginity in an age where you (in general) are mature enough to realize that sex can result in a pregnancy and at the very least, you can contribute to the baby's needs.

Kinda disagree. Birth control itself isn't 100% effective. Condoms get broke. Pills do crazy things to a woman's body. Some women don't like IUD. I tried applying to tie my tubes but I got denied. The only thing 100% is abstinence and it ain't happening with hormone-driven teens or people crave sex. I expect teenagers to be reckless so I voted quite late.

After 20's . I guess after standing on your own. With a mature partner (emotions wise)so even if you breakup later atleast there won't be regret for whole life (meeting a scum) .
Especially for females as losing it early can cause many health and emotional problems. In most eastern countries there is lack of sex education so things like these should be done after being emotionally, mentally and physically stable.

 

Since there's no context i thought he mean when's the best time to test their sexual organs. And my answer would be as soon as they reach sexual maturity. But now that i think about it female sexual organ proper function are hard to observe so rather than having sex it's better to have laboratory test instead.

 

hmm such practices is rare if not unheard on this cat country so really dunno~ the closest I can think for female is when certain age still not get period or related to sickness~

So now that i think about it i think testing their sexual organ normal function as early as possible can be actually a good idea since puberty also affected their juvenile psychological development.

 

oh I heard such case before, but considering society view toward sex education on general(at least on my country) which may affect your suggestion~ hard to carry out~ I mean it may touch pedophile subject cuz this involve children, you see on some part of the world there still debate about vaccination~
