You could call someone happy-go-lucky, but it's more of a descriptor than a name. I'm not fluent in Chinese, perhaps an actual TL could be more helpful.

This one is very contextual and I can only give a guess. It's a meaning of "trump card" used in their "Fight the landlord" game where it acts like a trump suit similar to the game of Bridge. So he's being called "Trump Card Bro". 癞子- "skin" or trump in context, 哥- bro. So it's "Brother Trump Card".

It could also carry the meaning of "rascal". Can you perhaps provide more context? Maybe part the raws where it was used? It helps.

Depending on context, there's 2 definitions.

    1. It's a rascal/thug/"gangster".
    2. It's someone with favus, a fungal disease often confused with leprosy.

Sometimes, it's both because a diseased person is usually a jobless thug since no one wants to hire them.

From this they seem to be referring to his skin disease.

    lol.
"Brother Trump card, your luck has always been good, you're our mascot/good luck charm!"
    Skin disease?
It's a contextual reference to a variant of the "Fight the Landlord" game with "skin" cards, their version of "trump" like in bridge.
Unless they are thanking him for a skin disease....(谢谢哥= thank you brother).

I was basing it off what he said "and then later he called 癞子头". Which was what I was referring to. They're attributing the disease to him. And it's not uncommon to be given nicknames based on something you did/a prominent feature of you. There really isn't enough context to be sure (for me at least, hence "it seems") There is only a single line about his good luck, and has always been their mascot (yes I can read mandarin), and then thanking him (for what?)

The "flavus head" is from a totally separate line, from what the OP is saying, so it might be something separate entirely or as you said, a joke nickname. The first line as a whole seems to imply the MC did these guys a favor due to his luck and they're thanking him.

And I know you can read Mandarin. Deus Vult! lol.

As I said, there was too little context to know for sure. It could be something about 斗地主, or it could be about the disease. But bear in mind that context doesn't have to come from the same line. They can come from multiple lines leading to a narrative.

We really need more context other than OP's own interpretation and what little he gave us. We're literally in a 瞎子摸象 situation.

    Edit:
No! It's not "Deus" It's "Desu", we weebing it hehe XD
