There's something i don't quite understand.. so she's reborn as a villainess who loss her whole family. A few chapters before explained how her parents died in the novel.. but at the moment, while she's looking for some munchkins... are her parents still alive?
Yes, her parents are dead. They explained her parents and (I think) grandfather's death, to showcase how people grew to fear, envy, and scorn her family. So over time, her family had a negative reputation even though what they (her relatives) were doing was what they thought was best at that time for their region's people.
Aww that's so sad.. especially her father. He lost his wife and he had to try save the family from falling apart while raising his daughter I thought she could at least change her parents' future if they are still alive

?? No, Kynemeia's mother had no magic that's why she took up swordsmanship which she taught some to her daughter before she died. The magician suspected Kynemeia to have magic and wonders how she hid it so well that he didn't notice because she could see through an illusion covering his ears showing him as a magician. So he stayed to watch her and he confirmed in the latest chapter that she has no magic making it suspicious on how she could see through the illusion.
I just want to know does the ml grow to actually love her as a human being or just a cute pet who he controls. Because there are a lot of mls who have the fls under their thumb where it is portrayed as teasing but it's so obvious that their relationship is one where the guy controls everything through emotional manipulation (?) and fls naivety. Right now they've given a very brief, he had to fight to survive reason, for his sociopathy so i'm bearing with it but Im very uncomfortable reading novels where the fl is kinda treated like a plaything where no respect is given but apparently love is rampant.
