I stayed pretty consistent tbh. I'd gain a little, then make efforts to lose it, then relax and gain a little again, and repeat the whole thing. I have six tabs for youtube exercise videos open...
Before quarantine I weighed 180 and now I weigh like 198. Its ok since I'm 6'2 but the fat only goes to my stomach...........
i was 115 kg before quarantine and somehow am 113 kg without any exercise for 3 weeks(had some study to do for only entrace exams to some colleges)
i didnt lose or gain weight exactly but i got fatter bc i lost the muscle i had and put on a bit of fat. but nothing dramatic.. i think i was 57 kg and now i1m 56 so same thing (165 cm)
Hmmm. I think that small amounts of weight gain shouldn't matter as long as you have lean muscle. Trained muscles weight more than fat but look good, however the atrophy of muscles you stop training just makes you look fatter than you actually are. TLDR: Maintain a decreased but consistent exercise schedule and you shouldn't worry about gaining weight ever again as long as you don't eat garbage 24/7.
one tip i recommend to reduce weight which you don't have to move at all or even do it while playing on laptop is moving your arms or legs. it won't make you lose lots of weight but fidgetting your legs when working on laptop ore hand when watching tv can help.i do this everytime, read about this in some article also have a cycle when you eat.eat breakfast, lunch and dinner at a regular interval of 6 hours and don't eat anything else.drink water if you feel hungry during this interval(from ayrveda) i wake up late nowadays and follow this routine and it works
I.....am.....gaining.....more.....and......more......weight…..everyday…….and...…...I...…..HATE...….this...………………………………………….. …………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………….…………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………..
I have lost weight because of my eating disorder. My mom has been trying to feed me like a pig but............. most food are being fertilizer for our kitchen garden........QAQ too much food to eat
Before quarantine, I was at my thinnest that my mother told me to leave my job cause of too much overwork and now I am a ball of fat rolling around my couch. XD
Paso a paso pues. You don't have to start eating healthy amounts from one day to another. The first day I ate pork after a diet of just lean meat, peas, and broccoli I felt like shit too. I cannot imagine how it must feel like to be in your shoes. Try to take small but steady increasing amounts of nutrients.
AND PEOPLE ARE COMPARING ME ARE U AND SAYING THAT I AM F A T QAQ I AM OFFENDED ( not when urs and my parents say but when those relatives who I rarely talk to....) BITCH- GAIN SOME WEIGHT QAQ
- I gained a lot of weight last year (on top of smaller amounts the 2 years before) while dealing with a family tragedy. - Lost 15lbs in a couple months after my birthday in Nov until the Covid shutdown of work - Gained 20lbs(heaviest I've ever been) until work opened again end of July - Down 11lbs since then It's fairly easy to lose weight if you know what you are doing so I plan to lose 40lbs in total this winter. I work at a gym part time so free access whenever I need it. I've done this cycle every 3-5 years for around a decade now.
I weight very little for my height (and I'm not that tall) and I CANNOT GAIN ANY WEIGHT! Quite frankly it's annoying...
