Spoiler I Want to Be You, Just For A Day

If you take the end of eps 33 and ep s34 together, in eps 33 Psyche remembers her conversation with Yiaros where she asks him why does he love her because she's weak. He told her then that he loves her because she's weak and would protect her. Then back to the present day he's telling her in Medea's body that if "Medea" had been this weak he would have chosen her. Now in eps 34 she asks him if he even loved Psyche for a moment and he takes her hand to his cheek saying "she noticed." She realizes he never once loved Psyche at all. She later thinks about how she would have forgotten everything and been deceived if he noticed but remembering how he told her as Medea not to give up on the crown princess seat she realizes he's planning to have her killed again and professes him to be a hypocrite.

At least that's my understanding on what has happened between the last two chapters

 

Basically, Psyche got smart and realized the Eros will always lie for his own benefit.

Srsly, after skimming through chp 34, I felt like, (more like gut feeling) Iaros/Yiaros will start obssessing over Medea. He seems like that type of Yandere character who will obssess with a new toy.

Btw, will Fell/Pell be able to meet Medea soon?

I think it's 100% sure because he call her medeia-nim, he never call psyche with "nim".. and he hug her intimately he never do that to psyche he's not that close yet with psyche now..

 

CAN anyone actually tell me where the story is going. I am 99.9% confused with the plot. also I kinda wanna ship Medea nd helios together but at the same time don't want to. I don't know what to do anymore

 

The story prioritizes the political intrigue over any potential romance. The newest KR chapter was all about that. If you want to ship, just ship whoever you want.

 

I agree. Yiaros is not like that with Psyche. He treats Psyche like a child but with Medea, he always seems to be on his toes. Like I think he feels that she is his equal but he is scared of her intellect and her capabilities.

Yeah he knows Medea is intelligent, Psyche was locked up all her life and probably had barely any human interaction other than her mother nor does it look like she got any real education so he looks down on her, remember that time where Medea was reading a book in Psyches body and Eros said how it was too difficult for her.

I feel like it's too soon to tell, I could see Helio x Psyche happening since they are spending more time with each other due to her being in Medeas body and then there is the introduction of the red hair guy who looks like he might be a good match for Medea(? idk I only saw raws) but those are just random guesses, I can see the story ending with no endgame pairings too or like an open ending. Probably Eros x Death but even with that I'm not sure lol the story is not that predictable.

 

I think there is. I'm still on team Medea and Helio all the way.

But this story is not really focused on romance but more of an adventure and intrigue about two girls who switched bodies and how they have to defeat the final boss, the crown prince.
